We have previously had terrible experiences with letting agents in the past, so we were understandably cautious. However, our experience renting a property in Uddingston with Riccardo and Fiona was brilliant. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable and genuinely supportive. If we had any issues, they were always on hand to resolve them quickly and without unnecessary challenges. They focused on finding solutions rather than questioning our requests, which made a huge difference to us as tenants. When it came to moving out, they were incredibly helpful and made the entire process far less stressful than we expected. Their communication and support throughout were excellent. Nothing but good things to say when it comes to Riccardo, and really the NKL team in general. From the start of my tenancy to the end, everything was dealt with seamlessly and with class. I felt as though I was accommodated very well. Riccardo was always a great help and just a short communication away. Initially, he helped with a quick move in, which suited me very well. There were issues that I needed assistance with during my tenancy, to which he also solved very quickly. Then when it came to moving out, he (and of course the rest of the team) made short work of the whole task which enabled me to move out quicker - which again suited me perfectly. I was also informed of everything I needed to know that would leave me better off when it came to the end of tenancy. Things that I’d never dealt with before, whether it be to do with contacting the council and so on. Important for somebody’s first time and I feel as though most people aren’t bothered about looking after others, so this stood out to me. Highly recommend. Can’t go wrong. As a tenant they were so flexible in things like inspections and the like giving so much notice in advance. If it was not suited the rescheduling was welcomed and we worked it out without a fuss. Very positive experience selling our house with Nicola Kennedy Residential. It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain. By far the best Estate Agents we’ve dealt with. We’ve had a few nightmares in the past but from the get-go Nicola and Riccardo were really transparent about the current property market and really managed our expectations. They were also great at advising on certain cosmetic changes that we hadn’t thought of and helped really make our property market ready.
