GoogleWe have just moved into our new home which took 6 months to complete, due to a number of complications further down the chain. During this time, Elie constantly kept us informed and gave us valuable advice. We came to trust her implicitly, knowing that she was professional, sincere and forward thinking. Incidentally, Brannen & Partners were not our agents but were acting for other clients in the chain. Despite the fact that we were not paying them as agents, Ellie and her colleagues made us feel that they really cared and that nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Brannen & Partners and can't thank Ellie enough for making our move happen.

GoogleI cannot thank the team in Tynemouth enough. From the initial valuation, managing all the viewings and then progressing the sale they were all brilliant. Gillian and Chloe deserve special mentions just because they were allocated to our sale and were amazing, but when they weren't around due to holidays the rest of the team continued to be pro-active and kept me in touch with developments. If you have a property to sell, I strongly recommend the team at Brannens.

We had valuations and quotes from other local agents but when viewing properties to buy we found that properties marketed with Brannen & Partners always had the best photos, virtual tours, floor plans and descriptions. The service from Brannen & Partners was outstanding from the initial valuation through to competition. The team at Brannen & Partners were always in regular contact with us to keep us informed as things progressed. We would highly recommend Brannen & Partners.

GoogleWe sold our property through Brannen & Partners, they helped make the whole experience easier and interactions with them were seamless. They were incredibly fast to respond to any queries and keep us up to date with developments through the whole process, helping us to understand anything we weren't sure on. We never felt out of our depth, knowing they could help us with whatever we needed. We had one main contact (Gillian) who was genuinely wonderful to speak and deal with, however any other members of staff we spoke with were also friendly, courteous and effecient. I would never hesitate to use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling or buying in the surrounding areas.

GoogleAs buyers, it speaks volumes that we would leave a review for the estate agent we are purchasing from. The service we received kept the sale on track and the communication was second to none. We can absolutely say that Brannen & Partners were a lot better than the estate agents we paid to sell our house down south. We spoke with lots of staff working at Brannen & Partners throughout our purchase, all of whom were professional, polite and efficient. However, our main person of contact was Gillian Donnison who is particularly excellent at her job. The service we received is especially notable given the current pressures on the housing market/industry. Thank you! GoogleA fabulous service from start to finish. I sold my property within the first week, from offer to completion I was kept in the loop. Gillian liaised with both sets of solicitors on a regular basis and I had weekly calls to keep me updated. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. GoogleI had the pleasure of Brannens & Partners acting on my behalf for the sale of my property recently. I would be classed as a “frequent mover” quite honestly and I will only ever use this company again in the future. Every single person was professional and all went beyond what would normally be expected of an estate agent. They make a (quite often) stressful occasion a whole lot easier. They were liaising constantly between the chain of buyers solicitors and myself and nudging some along when required. Other estate agents don’t necessarily do this but Brannens’s do. I can’t recommend them enough.

Staff went out of their way to figure out what was holding up the sale of a property further up the chain and always communicated with us in a timely, professional manner and with utmost transparency. We felt completely at ease, entrusting our property to their staff while they facilitated viewings and felt very supported throughout our decision-making process. We had several companies come and give us a quote before setting our property on the market but Brannen's stood out as a clear choice with an honest, fair assessment and because of the integrity of their staff. In the end, they were able to deliver above and beyond our original asking price and ensured we received a highly competitive offer. 10/10 We strongly recommend Brannen & Partners Estate Agents.

They were absolutely fantastic from us starting our house hunting journey to us finally completing!
