Could not fault the service from Brannen & Partners from start to finish with the sale of my property. After previously listing with another agent where interest was slow and no recommendations being offered, I made the decision to switch to Brannen & Partners. The improvement was immediate as I met with Chloe who gave honest and constructive advice on what would help the listing rather than just telling me what I would want to hear. I took the advice on board and started to see the pick up straight away; Chloe was friendly, professional and efficient to work with. Gillian then took on the completion process after a sale was agreed and I couldn’t have felt in better hands. There were several delays between the buyers, their lenders, brokers and surveyors over coming weeks which could have all been avoidable but Gillian was always on hand to ensure things moved forward. She offered professional advice when problems arose with the buyers but also kind and friendly words when needed which really showed class. Gillian often went above and beyond making contact with my onward purchase when she didn’t need to as Brannen & Partners were only dealing with my sale, and I’d like to personally thank her for this help. All other staff I spoke to over the phone were great too, including Diane who always had a happy and calming voice. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Brannen & Partners and I would certainly recommend anyone to use them who are selling in the Whitley Bay and surrounding areas.

We cannot recommend the lovely team at Brannen & Partners (Tynemouth) enough. We used them for both the sale of a property and the purchase of another and they were brilliant from start to finish. A special mention to Gillian who was on the ball throughout. The moving process was stressful with a lot of parties involved but Gillian did the best job co-ordinating and keeping it all running to plan. Compared to other estate agents in the area, their property photos are second to none and fees are competitive and reasonable.

We had a really great experience with Brannen and Partners, they helped us sell our house and also buy our new one, and have been great throughout the process, despite some challenges with our initial buyers. Gillian supported us post surveys, and was always friendly, easy to talk to, and really quick to get back to us with any questions we had. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful time feel much more manageable. Brannens are the first agents I have used to sell a home. Previously I have used the cheap list-it-yourself type services. Having seen both sides of the coin I have to say Brannens are worth every penny. They have made a stressful process a breeze and that speaks wonders of the team. We had a bit of a journey both buying and selling with a couple fall-throughs and I have to say that Gillian, Chloe and Samira were fantastic throughout. Our main points of contact were Chloe and Gillian who were both massively professional and incredibly helpful and honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for all your hard work guys. From start to finish the entire team at Brannen & Partners provided an amazing service. Selling a property and moving home is a stressful experience at the best of times but everyone at Brannens really did everything they could to take as much of this away and ensure the process was as efficient as possible. We received sound advice during the initial consultation with Lucie, then Nicola came out to organise the sales brochure with great photos and a virtual tour. This was turned around much quicker than expected and generated lots of viewings within hours of it going live. Margaret and the team did a great job of organising the viewings and providing guidance when we started receiving offers. The property sold within two days which exceeded all of our expectations. Gillian performed miracles at times to ensure things went smoothly with both the sale and our onward purchase, she really went the extra mile to liaise with solicitors, other agents and a lot more besides. I have experienced other agents in the past however in my opinion the level of service provided by Brannen & Partners sets them apart from the rest.
