GoogleMyself and my partner were first time buyers and had no luck in our property search over the course of a year, with being outbid countless times and property purchases falling through. We managed to finally secure a home through Brannen and Partners where we were looked after every step of the way. A massive thank you to Chloe and Gillian in particular for helping us through the ups and downs of the process and going absolutely above and beyond for us in order to see the purchase go through. We couldn’t have asked for better agents to be there for us in the daunting times of buying our first property. Their professionalism and eagerness to help will not be forgotten and I would have every confidence in them to help us again when we outgrow this place in the years to come.

GoogleI recently completed my first house move into my new home as a first time buyer. The staff here were amazing! Chloe Slater handled my move and she couldn’t have helped me more if she tried. I outsourced the solicitors separately myself. Needless to say, this was a bad idea. Just want to make it clear, these solicitors had nothing to do with Brannen and weren’t chosen by them. They were the most difficult party to work with imaginable, but Chloe made sure to chase them down constantly, keep me fully in the loop and helped in every way she could. Definitely going above and beyond to get me the keys to my new home as quickly as possible. Couldn’t be more grateful and would definitely recommend this branch and especially Chloe! (Chloe if you happen to read this I apologise for the late review! Completely slipped my mind 😂)

Communication was excellent, we were always kept up to date and every time we rang we were able to speak to someone or our call was returned quickly. They were really helpful and supportive throughout the process, even when I was experiencing difficulties with my solicitors, and I was experiencing the stress of the move they were great at helping to get issues resolved and lowering my stress levels!! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property via Brannen and partners, post pandemic, mid property boom and while stamp duty relief still existed even though I was a first time buyer and all of the above sound as though they would spell disaster, but Brannen and partners were absolutely fantastic and without a doubt the most helpful estate agents I have engaged with. They have been on the phone consistently and helpfully from step one to completion. Samira is truely amazing and although I can be intolerable listened to everything I had to say, wanted to do and helped wherever needed! She is brilliant as are all of the staff as I must have pestered all of them! GoogleWe have just completed on our home purchase with Brannen and Partners and have had an exceptional experience from Gillian, Samira and the team from beginning to end. From initial viewing to completion, we have consistently been met with a welcoming, efficient and approachable service where the team have gone above and beyond in answering our queries/supporting the completion of the purchase. The hand off between teams in Brannen and Partners has been seamless and all points of contact for specific functions have been on top of where things are (proactively reaching out to remain up to date with the position of both us and the seller). Our main point of contact in the process was Gillian Donnison who has been exceptional and has really set the service we received from Brannens aside from any other we have had in the market. Before we had our offer accepted the team were great and very helpful with accommodating multiple viewings of the property. Gillian was great after we had instructed solicitors - she really helped push the process onwards despite some difficulties with our legal representatives and we really appreciate her help throughout the process.

GoogleWhere would I start - from the very first valuation appointment to the call today to check we are all okay and give final instructions everyone of the staff at Brannen at Tynemouth have been kind, courteous, polite, funny, supportive and positive. We have had a bit of a roller coaster of a journey - nothing to do with Brannens but they have kept us on track, being there every step of the way. Cannot thank and praise them enough. Oh and by the way my daughter was also buying through them at exactly the same time and they were brilliant with her - she was a first time buyer and they kept her right at every step. Thank you

GoogleExcellent service from Brannen and Partners, and in particular their Lettings Consultant Lewis Dunn. He was brilliant at keeping in touch re; viewings, feedback from these and in liaising between us and prospective tenants. With lockdown, it has been an exceptionally busy time for my partner and I with working from home, homeschooling and childcare, and Lewis was understanding but persistent in communicating with us - so rare in the industry it seems when you seem to perpetually be awaiting a return call! While it has ultimately turned out that a family friend will rent the property privately, the service Lewis offered us means we shall certainly return to Brannen and Partners next time it requires letting, and shall specifically ask for Lewis to be our consultant.
