Our buyers sold their property through Wentworth as we had not heard anything from our Estate agents off and on for 94 days we approached Wentworth to assist us as we were completely in the dark. I am writing this review to share my experience with Wentworth Estate Agents. I found a property listed on RightMove on 07/06/24 and promptly contacted Wentworth to arrange a viewing. Due to my work commitments as a doctor, I was only available to view the property on 13/06/24. On the morning of the 13th, I received a call from Wentworth Estate Agents, which I could not answer as I was busy with patients. Shortly after, I received a text message stating that my viewing for later that day had been cancelled. Surprised, I contacted them to understand what had happened. I was informed that they had received six offers from previous viewings and had decided to take the property off the market. I spoke with Andy and expressed my disappointment, explaining that I was one of the first people to book a viewing. He seemed neither concerned nor apologetic, stating that this was the vendor's decision. I expected more from a reputable company, but it became clear that they are more interested in making quick sales than acting transparently and fairly. They should have honoured all the scheduled viewings before accepting offers. I requested to speak with the managing director and was told by Andy that he would pass my message along. However, over two weeks later, I am yet to hear back. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Wentworth Estate Agents.

The service we received from WentWorth when selling our house was second to none. Rebecca and her team understand the area and the market, and successfully found a suitable buyer for our house. We faced challenges along the way, but WentWorth was able to overcome these and we are now happily in our new home. Rebecca was professional and supportive from start to end, and just got things done. She quite frankly kept me sane at stressful points in the process by communicating, being honest, and listening to me worry about everything! She is a credit to both WentWorth and her profession. Reassuring, honest and down to earth

Rebecca was honest with us when we started our house search, and eventually showed us the house we really wanted to buy. Our interactions with her were always lovely, despite the difficulty of decisions made that were not always in our favour. She reassured us when our purchase seemed to be taking a very long time and helped to fight our corner even though as purchasers we weren't paying her a fee. None of them have come close to the professional service offered by Sally Dobbins of WentWorth Estate Agents, Not only did she understand our needs well, but she was also very polite and customer oriented. Excellent Professional service particularly from Lettings team

We used Wentworth's to let our house for one year whilst we were travelling overseas. From our first contact to our deposit release and final checkout they were excellent. Professional, sincere and committed to supoort

When we started to look for properties we really had not fully understood how important it would be to have the right estate agent. Our move was a particularly challenging one as we needed to sell 2 properties and find one that was big enough within a very specific location due to distance from school and work. Wentworth marketed and sold our properties securing multiply offers, found us a property in the perfect location and managed a very long chain of buyers and sellers to complete the transaction. I now know that the having an estate agent who keeps everyone (including the solicitors!) informed of what is happening along the chain is so very important. This cuts out so much of the time wasted caused by buyers and sellers waiting for solicitors to respond or share information with others. They were also very encouraging and kept our spirits up when things got delayed. Their interpersonal skills and professionalism were absolutely second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Wentworths - definitely 5 star service!

The best possible performance and service from an Estate Agent

The quality of the help we received from Wentworth Estate Agents and the excellent relationships established with Oliver and Adam were crucial to us remaining in a quite difficult process. The most important thing we learned was that it is not about the size of an Estate Agent or the number of offices or staff, but the quality of the people in an office and their energy and enthusiasm and, above all, the commitment they make to each client and their efforts to do the very best job and get the required result. Couldn't have gone smoother

I live in West Sussex and was selling my late uncle's bungalow in Twyford. I was lucky that I had a buyer straight away, the buyer actually came to me, so Wentworths didn't have to find him but they were selling his property too so it made sense for them to deal with everything as I am over 90 minutes away from the property. Oliver was fabulous, very professional and extremely helpful, having had another estate agent value the bungalow at over £60'000 less than I actually got I couldn't recommend Wentworths highly enough.

Excellent service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wentworth team

We sold our previous house and bought our new house through Wentworth. Adam, Oliver and the team were excellent. Professional, open and honest throughout the process, they were always responsive and keeping us informed on the status of viewings, negotiations, solicitors activities etc. Our buyer pulled out at a critical time in our own house purchase. Within 24 hours the Wentworth team had organised an open day at our house with 8 viewings and we got 3 offers all over the asking price within another 24 hours. I appreciate they wanted to ensure both went ahead, but the speed and efficiency that they sorted everything was great and meant that a potentially stressful time was dealt with within 2 days. We would not hesitate to recommend them to sell, buy or rent through. You won't have to experience the either over zealous or completely disinterested approach that we experienced with some other estate agents. You'll get a professional, honest and helpful team.

Excellent selling experience from start to finish

Being a little pressed for time I'll do this in bullet points: - I dealt with Oli and Adam at Wentworths and from start to finish they have been excellent and offered exactly what i want from an estate agent. - A friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and honest approach. - Realistic pricing.where some local agents were trying to charge substantially more for the same (or probably lesser) service. - Quick results (inside 4 days of going live I had had 8 viewings and an offer of the full asking price accepted). - Since then they have managed the process superbly, contacted me when there was need to but never bombarded me with calls or correspondence. - They always return my calls and don't mess me around. I'd recommend Wentworths to any local person, and if you chose not to use them i would likely question your intelligence.
