We didnt sell with Wentworth but with another Estate agent who were hopeless with lack of communication and in the end we had to ask Wentworth for their help as we were totally in the dark . Wentworth sold our buyers home and we couldn't fault Wentworth with their kindness and keeping us informed of progress. Rebecca, Andy thank you Take care.

I've just completed on my sale with Wentworth and have received a first-class service throughout. From the first meeting with Rebecca and Adrian I was impressed; Adrian was the only agent that wore a suit and tie for the valuation, sometimes the little things matter and get noticed. Honesty, transparency, client focus and communication were all excellent. They have my thanks for a speedy and painless transaction and carry my full recommendation.

I was recommended by friends who had used Wentworth as an agent for a quick sale at a good valuation and I was not disappointed. Rebecca had a friendly professional approach with good advice and emotional support during the process of selling and buying property. The Wentworth team work well together to pass on messages and enquires. They work long hours, and are dedicated to their clients, working well with solicitors and other agents when needed. What a pleasure to deal with, a professional setup who did exactly what they said they would do. Always kept you up to date with everything, easy to deal with, a complete breath of fresh air. Estate agents are often criticised about how they work, the things they do and say, and often it's justified. What I can say about wentworths as a whole and in particular Oliver, is that they are upfront and honest and as mentioned, everything they say they will do, they do, no fuss. I live in West Sussex and was selling my late uncle's bungalow in Twyford. I was lucky that I had a buyer straight away, the buyer actually came to me, so Wentworths didn't have to find him but they were selling his property too so it made sense for them to deal with everything as I am over 90 minutes away from the property. Oliver was fabulous, very professional and extremely helpful, having had another estate agent value the bungalow at over £60'000 less than I actually got I couldn't recommend Wentworths highly enough.

Being a little pressed for time I'll do this in bullet points: - I dealt with Oli and Adam at Wentworths and from start to finish they have been excellent and offered exactly what i want from an estate agent. - A friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and honest approach. - Realistic pricing.where some local agents were trying to charge substantially more for the same (or probably lesser) service. - Quick results (inside 4 days of going live I had had 8 viewings and an offer of the full asking price accepted). - Since then they have managed the process superbly, contacted me when there was need to but never bombarded me with calls or correspondence. - They always return my calls and don't mess me around. I'd recommend Wentworths to any local person, and if you chose not to use them i would likely question your intelligence.

Wentworths were very helpful in advising us on the purchase of our property a few years ago, even though they weren't the agent marketing the property! We're now in the late stages of selling the house and have found them to go above and beyond what you'd expect of an estate agent. We recently sold our property within 8 weeks with WentWorth, working closely with Adrian and Rebecca. They are not only such a welcoming, warm and genuine team , but very knowledgeable and efficient. The communication throughout was second to none (and we have sold four times previously) along with timely updates and going over and above to reach our target date (which they did). From the day I met Oliver when he came to do a valuation on my property, I knew that I would be well looked-after. Throughout all the trials and tribulations of viewings, negotiations and preparation for the big move, nothing was too much trouble for Oliver and Adam in the Twyford branch. They helped to reassure me when I had a serious wobble about my chosen property to purchase (in the hands of another agent) by letting me talk through my concerns and by suggesting practical ways to deal with my worries. On moving day, they were persistent in chasing my conveyancers, despite the fact that my main contact there had become unavailable and they were meticulous in keeping me informed of progress of payments through the chain. I'm very grateful to them for helping to ease my passage through a time of great stress and for being so friendly and unfailingly helpful. I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation

If you are looking for an agent look no further, It can be stressful selling / buying a property and Adam and Oliver ( this is who we dealt with ) helped manage those stressful moments at all times whilst being extremely professional and one step ahead. Our chain was proactively chased by Wentworth's in order to speed things up and we were provided with recommendations for other trusted parties that are required when moving house ( removals etc ). Another thing which was fantastic was the correspondence, we would get regular updates on where we were in the sales process and also updates to put our mind at rest if we had voiced concerns. Honestly could not recommend the team at Wentworth's enough and good luck with your purchase / sale / rental!

What can I say ...Oliver and Adam at Wentworth's in Twyford really did go the extra mile for me when I had to come back to the UK from New Zealand to sell my parent's home. I was very stressed and time limited but they made me feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The process in itself wasn't easy - and that was absolutely nothing to do with them but from a historical problem - made no less complicated.by the fact that I had to return to New Zealand. Despite that they remained positive, listened to me from 12,000 miles away and then providing me with calm solutions and liaised with all parties concerned to deal with the issues. Rebecca at Wentworths provided a superb service in selling my property from my very first phone call with her through to completion. She is highly professional, has brilliant communication, is very knowledgeable and is really easy to get on with. The valuation, listing, negotiation and completion processes were handled seamlessly with a high level of communication despite the tricky conditions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
