I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

We sold our house through another estate agent who were hopeless. Our buyers sold their property through Wentworth as we had not heard anything from our Estate agents off and on for 94 days we approached Wentworth to assist us as we were completely in the dark. He has responded promptly to requests for access (the property is empty), responded in a very timely fashion when we first put our offer in and generally has gone above an beyond to help and support us through the process. We have found the company to be reliable and helpful. Would definitely recommend to local friends and colleagues.

I had an interesting experience with Wentworth about a month ago. We put an offer on a house, which unfortunately fell through under frustrating circumstances. At the time, I felt the advice given by the agent may have been misguided, and I was disappointed when we lost the purchase. So why the 5 stars? When I called to find out whether our offer had been accepted, it was Daniel who delivered the bad news and who bore the brunt of my frustration. I spoke with him at length, multiple times, and each time he responded with genuine empathy and understanding. As first-time buyers, his guidance and advice were incredibly helpful and well beyond what we expected. We didn’t get the house, but the interaction with Daniel was unexpectedly positive. Our involvement in that particular sale was over, yet Daniel still took the time to support and advise us. That level of care was rare and sincerely appreciated. If that’s the kind of service I received in a situation where we weren’t even clients, I can only imagine how exceptional the experience must be for those who are. I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to when I’m next in need of real estate services. A brilliant experience from Wentworth, especially when they didn’t have to. That’s why it’s 5 stars from me.

The service we received from WentWorth when selling our house was second to none. Rebecca and her team understand the area and the market, and successfully found a suitable buyer for our house. We faced challenges along the way, but WentWorth was able to overcome these and we are now happily in our new home. Rebecca was professional and supportive from start to end, and just got things done.
