GoogleI'm a buyer, so this review is quite literally unpaid for. The Mrs and I have recently purchased a property that was put on the market via Davis Tate, Twyford. The service has been impeccable, we've been updated every step of the way, most notably by Jenny and Geraldine. We were a little apprehensive about making the current stamp duty deadline, but the ladies at Davis Tate, have certainly put in the work to coordinate both sets of solicitors, to make sure we completed before the deadline. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them. I suppose we're very lucky the seller decided to market with Davis Tate, Twyford.

TrustpilotPoor at responding and will try and take as much deposit as possible
Be very careful in recording everything upon moving in. We took very good care of our property, flagging by email the state that we had inherited it but Davis and Tate took an age to correct anything and multiple chasers (re: evidence of rats, leaking drain pipes etc.). Upon moving out they tried to take £900 of our deposit. These featured charges like £5 for lampshades as they were in different rooms to where they were (note all the lampshades were still in the house). I'd steer well clear if possible.

GoogleMeghan helped us with our rental property. Did an excellent job, fab communication, very prompt and helpful. A rare find these days in my experience. Managed to get our rental sorted from viewing to passing references in 3 days which must be some sort of record. Wonderful effort. Thank you!

GoogleFirst class service from Amy and the team at Davis Tate throughout our purchasing process. There were a lot of queries going back and forth between vendor and us as buyers and Amy supported us really well. We never knew the area really at all and she really gave us a feel for the area, without being pushy. Couldn’t recommend Davis Tate highly enough, based on our experience.

GoogleSo upset with this Estate agent! Told me that a property that was ideal for me would be coming in the market. I knew the house and as a cash buyer thought that I was in a good position. Next thing I know (a couple of days later) a SOLD sign has gone up - no call, no email - nothing. How stupid was I to think that there is honesty among estate agents. Poor client who probably hasn’t got the best price or easy sale.

A bit of an unethical approach to selling properties. I spoke to Oliver with regards to an offer getting rejected on a property and no reason given. He was rude and ignorant and brash. I found his tone very bullying.

All of our many questions were answered in a timely manner and it was never any trouble to provide us with much needed advice during the process.
