Unfortunately it resulted in me applying for a court order to ensure that the tenant vacated the property. Jenny and her team kept in regular contact with myself and the buyer to ensure that we were well informed of the progress of the sale.

GoogleFrom the moment I found a property to rent the rental team ( Aimee, Jenny, Sarah, ) at Davis Tate have been attentive professional respectful and of course so friendly and efficient . Over the 6 years the maintenance teams have looked after us so well and all the team got better and better and I felt supported in safe hands every year ( as I think the Landlord did too). Very happy with the gentleman who came round to value the property. Sold then let down twice. One of the first person to view was in a very good position but they never got back to her & offer her the property. 4 months later she has brought it. Very slack of Davis Tate. Not very good at communicating after they find a buyer, you are chasing them all the time.

GoogleI have known Davis Tate Twyford for a few years as a seller and as a buyer. I have also worked with 5-6 other Estate Agents to buy properties over the last 20 years. Without a doubt, with Davis Taste Twyford I have had THE BEST experience during the negotiation and especially after the offer was accepted, until Exchange. Amy and her team are super-dedicated to the whole process end-to-end: She will be honest and fair, she will ensure that the house receives viewings and she will advise with the negotiation process. But where she really excels about others is in nurturing the process after the offer is accepted. She did everything in her hand to ensure healthy communication between the buyer AND the seller: always helpful and professional. Without a doubt, I will work with Amy again and Davis Tate Twyford again.

What can I say? Other than I would give 0 stars if I could. They have a property listed for sale that they are struggling to sell (it's been on the market for months). I am in a position to buy and so have requested a viewing via their advert on Rightmove - I have requested a viewing THREE times now and no communication from these. If you're thinking about selling - look elsewhere for someone to market for you as these don't reply to possible buyers!! They are the ONLY agent not to jump onto my request to view properties.... in this dead market you can't treat customers like this. Truly awful 'non' experience!
