GoogleI have both bought and sold property through Townends Twickenham and they have been superb both times. Our recent sale was in a tricky market climate and Guy and his team have been exceptionally helpful, honest, understanding, positive and professional every step of the way. It is rare you find a team of agents who have so much integrity. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe recently engaged the services at Townends to help us find a rental in the local area. Whilst we have ended staying where we are at the moment the professional and engaging service we received from the team was excellent. They were thorough, friendly, took the time to understand our needs and did not continually hassle us, which is a trait I have found from other agents. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleRented property through Townends, was charged fees on top of fees to move in, charged again when we moved out for more 'admin' and reference fees. Salesmen were friendly at first, then sleazy once we'd signed the contract and moved in. Would never rent through this company again.

GoogleWe've used Townends for both house sales and lettings and we would highly recommend this Estate Agents for both. Claire and Morgan in the sales department are very professional, friendly, extremely helpful and passionate about their jobs. They go the extra mile and make you feel as though nothing is too much trouble. Plus they are very approachable, and that goes a long way with house sales! Townends Lettings department is also highly recommended by us. Stephanie and Daniel are also very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. They are knowledgable, extremely helpful and have been very patient when dealing with my change of tenant and the many phone calls that it has involved. And we've had a laugh along the way too which is a big plus! So a big thank you to everyone at Townends!

GoogleIn an interesting market, Townsend did an outstanding job with a demanding customer!!! They were given strict instructions not to waste time with ghost viewings and viewings with people that can't afford the house as such every viewing was a potential buyer. Once the sale was made we were handed over to their progression team who were always available and liaised successfully with 5 other estate agents and solicitors. With a long chain we managed to exchange within 3 months and complete in 4. Thank you

GoogleCan’t praise enough Morgan Senior; excellent customer care and professionalism shown towards our landlady (seller) and us (tenants). Never seen a more dedicated sales agent (and have come across a few), who takes very seriously his duty towards the landlady but always accommodating them to our availability and possibilities. Very knowledgeable and helpful! I do recommend him. Made us feel and as an important part of the “business” and looked after us the same way.
