As a landlord, I cannot recommend this agency. They have high staff turnover, are extremely disorganized, blatantly mis-inform, and oversee shoddy maintenance. The experience from the POV of the tenant seems to be just as poor. The sales team blatantly over-promises, then the landlord is left trying to understand why they are on the hook for things they explicitly did not agree to. Really a horrible experience all around.

For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed. Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

Claire Carter (based at the Weybridge branch) handled my purchase from start to finish and was exceedingly efficient. I was on a very tight timeline yet she saw no reason as to why we could not complete on time and she held true to her word. She chased deadlines when needs be and kept me informed immediately of any requests for information or any news.I never had to chase her for an answer to any question I had and I hugely appreciated her transparency throughout the process. I cannot recommend her and the agency enough.
