GoogleI viewed a property recently in Twickenham and until the viewing was arranged the company was friendly. After the viewing I inquired if the price was negotiable and made an offer via email and they replied back saying it was not, sorry and good luck. As I liked the property I called back with the intention of going ahead with the advertised price but never got a reply. Left a few messages but no one replied back. 3 weeks down the line the property is still vacant. And the property has been vacant way before I viewed it. Although on the day of the viewing the agent said there were so many offers and the property may be taken within the next few hours! Lies!
With the current situation of the country this may not be the best time to be so picky, judgemental and arrogant.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
