GoogleI am very happy with the service I received from Dexters, over the last year and a bit I have gone with three other agencies. In a single set of Saturday viewing Dexters were able to get more viewings in and attract three offers all above the asking price when the others achieved none. Post offer sale support from Nina has also been spot on and very helpful moving things on

GoogleDexters were very helpful in helping us find a property. Rhys in particular was always on hand to provide support, and the process from Dexters end was smooth. I would however like to mention that Lettings Hub, who Dexters use as a third-party for referencing, are terribly inefficient. The Guarantor process was extremely tedious and laborious, and felt like a basic tick-boxing exercise rather than using any common sense. This does not however change my opinion on Dexters and Rhys, who have provided support and have ensured that issues in the house prior to us moving in are fixed.

GoogleWe rented a flat with Dexters for 24 months. The experience was ok, and the few issues we had with the flat (water leakage) were made good shortly, albeit without painting to fix the repair. One bad experience was when Dexters sent an electrician round but failed to tell us he had to turn the electricity off. We all were working from home and had meetings which we had to reschedule. I don't recommend the cleaners they offer as part of their tenancy. They charged an above market rate which we were told was conclusive and allowed free top-up visits. Despite this, they charged an additional amount for a top-up visit, we weren't informed about until 12 days after checkout. The landlord was allowed to attempt to deduct money from our deposit using a non-itemised bill (including leaving a radiator clothes airer which was there when we arrived!) Which seemed strange.
