We can’t thank Becky and Jess enough for everything! From start to finish they’ve both been amazing. We’ve been fully informed, constantly made aware of updates or what was needed from us for a smooth process. They’ve been available to take calls, helped us navigate a move and our new home over the Christmas/New Year period. When things have become a little overwhelming with a new house and a small baby, the team have really been excellent with making our lives a little easier and going the extra mile to make sure we’re happy, cosy and comfortable in our new home. Would highly recommend!!!

I was so lucky to have found an apartment managed by TN Lettings. From the first phone call to singing the contract they have been the most supportive estate agents I have ever come across. Communication was swift, easy and the level of service is simply outstanding. There was no hassle and for a professional with a very busy work schedule that meant a lot. Thank you Jess and Becky for being so friendly and welcoming. but most of all thank you for going that extra mile to secure this wonderful home in which I can start my new chapter. I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend TN Lettings to anyone looking for reliable agency.

We recently rented our house with TN Lettings and the process was seamless from start to finish. We found multiple tenants and were given the choice to be as involved or not in the selection process as we liked. We chose to trust the team and have secured lovely tenants who we trust to maintain and look after our property. Becky and Jess handled everything and were a dream from day one with the services that they could offer. In the weeks leading up to our move they helped hugely arrange and obtain all the certifications and requirements for a smooth tenancy and we couldn’t be more grateful to them for the guidance and help in making this process as stress free as possible when letting our home. Couldn’t recommend Becky and the team and TN Lettings highly enough. Thank you!

I dealt with Becky and the team at TN Lettings during March and early April 2023, while looking for a 1 bedroom flat in the Tunbridge Wells area that was within my price range. I found Becky and the team at TN Lettings to be extremely helpful and only showed me properties that suited my specific requirements and circumstances. The team was always easy to reach and provided a professional, yet personal approach throughout the entire process. I woud definately recommend TN Lettings for all your property needs within the Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas!

I have been renting my home through TN Lettings and I can say with confidence that they are an outstanding agency. From the very beginning, their team has been extremely responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with. What makes them stand out is the way they handle any issues that arise, they react immediately and always provide practical solutions without delay. Every concern, no matter how small, has been addressed with genuine care and professionalism. Unlike many agencies that treat tenants as just another number, TN Lettings demonstrate a very human and personal approach. They combine professionalism with empathy, which makes you feel truly supported and valued as a client. It is rare to come across a letting agency that is both efficient and compassionate, and TN Lettings manage to balance these qualities perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and client-focused letting agency.

Brilliant advice, Becky really cares about the prospective tenant, and goes above and beyond. We were in a very difficult position about a month ago, and although we didn't go with TN Lettings in the end, Becky gave some great advice and was on it from the moment I phoned and sent me properties. Most importantly, at a time like that, she was human (unlike another agent I had previously been in contact with). I would highly recommend Becky to anyone needing to find a home!

Highly Recommend

We had the pleasure of using TN lettings for a rental valuation at short notice, and we couldn’t recommend Becky highly enough. She was both friendly and professional, arriving with a photographer ready to take pictures. Being a first time landlord, I had many questions on my mind, all of which Becky answered in full detail whilst providing a really useful insight into the letting process. We would like to thank Becky for her time and expertise.
