GoogleWe are property sales specialists in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, but we did manage a fairly large portfolio of rental properties a few years ago, before deciding to offload our rental business. We are often asked to recommend a good local letting agent and there are very few local letting agents that we would be comfortable recommending. TN Lettings offer a very good service and they are only one of the 2 letting agents that we would recommend locally. Becky’s fee structure is very reasonable and she is very responsive too.

GoogleI cannot recommend TN Lettings enough. I was after a small, hands-on agency who I could trust to look after my beautiful UK home whilst I relocate abroad for work. From the minute I met Becky, I knew I could rely on her and the team to be extremely proactive and they truly understood how important it was to me for my flat to be looked after. They diligently worked to find great tenants, were extremely responsive via email and phone, and answered all of my questions to keep me reassured throughout the process. Their fees are so extremely reasonable depending on the type of package you’re after, and for me what’s most important, is knowing that I can have peace of mind being so far away.

As a first time renter, the whole process seemed very daunting, scary and I didn't know what to expect, but both Jess and Becky put my mind at ease from the beginning and were always happy to help. They are both lovely people who really seem to care, super responsive to queries (even my most silly ones!) and always on top of everything. Hands down 100% recommended :)

YellIncredibly rude, unprofessional and discriminatory.
I attempted to call them to ask about a listing. On asking the agent to repeat something (I have mild to moderate hearing loss) because I wasn't able to hear them clearly the first time, they just simply hung up. Attempts to re-call went to voicemail.
