FacebookSelling a home is always going to be a stressful time, but KMJ went above and beyond to make everything as simple and pain free as possible. We were on a tight schedule as we needed to find a buyer quickly to allow us to secure another property. From the first visit on 21st December, the property was photographed and marketed by Christmas Eve, viewings organised over the holiday period and by 29th December we had a confirmed buyer. KMJ exceeded our expectations at every turn and provided support, guidance and also a firm hand with difficult solicitors. We do not plan to sell again for many years, but if we do we would have no hesitation in instructing KMJ.
Thank you for your kind review it's very much appreciated, any help spreading the word is fabulous. (David)
