I don’t even know where to begin.... the company is an absolute joke. Totally horrific experience so bad I had to take my complaint to the ombudsman. I will never use these bunch of misfits again.

They are scam. Trying to lure you in to sell you their mortgage and their broker who will rip you off. Even if you already have mortgage papers ready their pursue you to take their own. AVOID

Currently renting a house through Connells. I am truly disappointed! They keep promising us that the constructor will come ‘today’ to fix reported issues but no one ever shows up and it’s been 5 weeks! No apologies either!

Twice in one year 2 separate agents have failed to show up an inspection they arranged. Took money for an extension of the rental contract, but didn't tell us landlord hadn't agreed until 4 months later. Utterly incompetent and no communication.

GoogleLovely hosts who made our stay very comfortable. Clear covid safe policies. Amazing breakfasts as can be seen in the photos. Fruit bowl and cooked breakfast are especially good.

Extremely Disappointed as landlord.Worst service ever. Lack of Communication which in some cases cost to landlords. Being the first time landlord they don't think even once to cheat you by making false promises. I would never recommend anyone to Connells.

Don't deserve any stars. Treat tenants as rubbish. No hot water for 2 months for tenant. No parking permits. Slow to respond to any fault, don't bother visiting tenants. No local tradesman support. Keep changing contacts

Awful down valued my house by 30k when the neighbors sold for the amount I applied for. Really unprofessional, it was with Principality.working in conveyancing I see a lot of problems with them. Avoid.

Staff seem very uninterested in working for the interests of the customer, nice suits and pen twiddling seem more interesting....and loss of customer data!!!!
