We chose Bardens to organise the letting of my mother's house. They provided an outstanding service; way above any expectations I had had. They literally did everything, from finding and vetting excellent tenants - including doing credit checks, to researching and providing all the relevant and required documentation on the house and the letting of it. They arranged for the payment of the deposit and set up the standing order for the rent. They kept me very well informed of all the processes as we went along and reminded me of what I needed to do at each stage; but, I had very little to do, as they virtually did the whole job for me. All this was achieved with very little disruption and always with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. This was the best value service I have had in years and I would recommend Bardens to anyone looking to let a house. J M, Wadhurst

We have rented before through other agents but Bardens have outweighed them tenfold right from the get go. From the moment we got a call from Bardens we felt relaxed and comfortable, they made the entire process easier than we could ever had imagined. Our agent was kind and caring and had all the answers to our questions right there and then. The fact that there are no, I repeat NO Tenancy fees had worked out wonders for us as well, there is nothing worse than being told you have to pay various astronomical charges for pieces of paperwork you didnt even know existed. All of the stresses and complications that may arise with new renting were entirely handled by our agent Steve who kept us more than informed at every stage of our experience right up to the day we moved in. He himself is also personally contactable at any moment to deal with all our queries and act as the perfect go between for us and our landlord. We are more than pleased with the service we have recieved from Bardens estates and Steve himself who went above and beyond the duty of care, (We would happily have him over for a cuppa and a chat anytime!). We hope to continue our happy and healthy relationship with Bardens for the foreseeable future. Thank you!
