There were couple of properties available with Barden that I tried hard to reach them, every time they take my full name and phone number but no one got back, I tried 4 times via phone and number of times over mails. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.

I’ve received outstanding service. Steve my estate agent, was very professional and helpful supporting me throughout the whole process of selling my parents property. The terms and conditions were very reasonable at a competitive price compared to the bigger estate agents. Steve was very genuine, constantly available through mobile chat and emails. He recommended the solicitors i used were also very helpful. The service i received I couldn’t fault them, highly recommended.

Steve was very well informed and knowledgeable about the property on the day we viewed the property (unlike many other estate agents who have other seemed disinterested perhaps in the context of the current property market). As a first time buyer Steve was very helpful advisor in regards to the general process of buying a house and helpfully liaised frequently with us and the vendor to help speed the process along. Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

Bardens (in particular Steve) have been AMAZING! After an awful experience with another local estate agent I was losing hope. I couldn't find a single fault with Bardens even if I tried really hard. Good customer service is rare, excellent customer service even rarer but excellent customer service is exactly what Bardens and Steve Woods gives. Steve is passionate about selling houses and obtaining the right house for his clients. I inherited my family home and selling it was a very difficult experience but Steve was outstanding in his advice and support, he really believes in what he does and is the consummate professional. Never having sold a property before I made the mistake of going to a High Street chain of estate agents first a big mistake, within two weeks they had actually damaged my property so I made the change to Bardens and within 5 weeks my property had sold for the full asking price. If you want a professional and not the office junior to buy and sell your properties go to Bardens.

After meeting with Steve several times, I decided to sell our family home of many years during the pandemic. Steve was professional, helpful and kind throughout the process from beginning to end, advising on how best to present our home, showing round prospective vendors, alerting both the buyer and myself to things that would help the legal process along, and talking to solicitors as required. And all for a most reasonable commission! Steve also found my new home for me, understanding my needs perfectly, and then again encouraging the legal process along. Wow Steve was fantastic. I had to help an elderly lady to find a rental flat. She didn't use Internet and she was left out as many people who don't use computers or smart phones, specially during covid lockdown. Highly recommended agent, delivered above and beyond!

Where to start, I chose Steve from Barden’s Estate agents as he presented us with his OWN research and not just statistics pulled from online portals like other agents had provided. He was upfront about what he could do for us and he certainly achieved that. His fee included professional photographs and a video tour showing our house to its full potential and all arranged within 2 days. Within 24 hours our home was under offer at above the asking price with no chain. We completed within 8 weeks with the help of a reasonably priced solicitor recommended by Steve which suited us perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending Barden’s to anyone, they certainly lived up to their sales pitch and thanks to Steve we had a smooth sale with minimal stress and we were able to move on quickly and smoothly. Wow! Fantastic, fast and efficient service!

Wow! Steve was initially recommended to me and I now know why! Service, communication and effiency faultless. And most importantly for all concerned a speedy smooth process.
