Outstanding service …

Outstanding service from Vickery Camberley when selling our flat. Josh and Archie were helpful from start to finish, working in the industry I know all to well how agents can try to hard for the business, these guys were down to earth and straight with details and facts about their service and fees. When it comes to customer service they delivered, for agents and any business doing what you say you’re going to do is paramount and communication is key. Without fail we had a call every single week, whether that be to update us on viewing feedback or updating us on how the offer was progressing. Even if there was not an update we had a call to say so, never stuck in limbo as to what was happening. Great service and you really do get what you pay for! Keep up the good work lads!

Highly recommend Vickery

We had our property on the market with the West End branch and although we didn't end up selling through Vickery we couldn't fault the service delivered by Sam Teague at West End and his team. Sam was always on hand to answer any of our queries and was professional yet friendly throughout. We would highly recommend Vickery and will most definitely market any future properties with them. Bought a house with Vickerys in July, smooth process and fairly quick. Getting the keys in two weeks.We were informed weekly of any updates even if there wasn't anything significant. The whole chain was done through Vickery and we also used the same solicitors as the rest of the buyers which also made the process quicker. Overall was a good first experience using an estate agent.

Veiry happy with Vickery service, whole package great

The team at fleet were great in particular Chris, he was the main reason we put the house on the market with Vickery. Evie was also really helpful, couldn't do enough. Happy with marketing and viewings. Legal side really good only hiccup is that they had not checked the purchase had enough money to put down 10% on exchange. Perhaps this should become standard practice.
