Good people, great comms, house sold.

Richard and team were great selling of our house in Camberley Nov 2021. Despite the effort and time requied the whole team were positive and engaging throughout. Everything they took charge of went smoothly and to plan. The level of communication was excellent, not just when phoning the office but also proactive updates on how the sale was progressing. Good people, great comms, house sold. Whats not to like!

My property in London was under offer and I was anxious to purchase a house in or near Camberley. As I was downsizing it was important to find the right agents to help me in my search. I visited the Vickery Camberley office and I was greeted by IEUAN a very knowledgeable and professional young man who immediately took me to view two properties. Because of his help I secured the purchase of a house where I will move in a few days time.I have no hesitation in recommending Vickery and all its staff because of their knowledge of the area combined with their expertise.

We were very pleased with the efficiency of the staff at the fleet branch of vickery.As we have never moved for 38yrs it was very scary for myself and my husband as we had no idea what we had to do ,but Adi was always there to talk us through everything and it was never any trouble for him to listen when we were worried and always put our minds at ease .Also Evie was always a joy to see when showing people around our home with a lovely smile.All in all it was made a very easy and quick experience .Very pleased indeed.

Vickery Estate Agents - The Real Deal!

I dealt with one person, who showed from the outset that his single aim was to provide me with experienced, considered advice in order for me to sell my property. In Hasan's absence, others assisted, but he was the main person and I felt that he understood my needs. His initial strategy advice was sound. I followed that but when it was clear that we needed to alter tactics, he again provided sound advice. The move from a fixed price to 'offers in excess of' attracted plenty of interest. Hasan was knowledgeable concerning the local market, kept me informed with weekly update telephone calls, even when there was little to say and remained positive, understanding and on my side throughout.

Absolute pleasure

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can ever do, and this proved to be our experience, having put our house on the market with Vickerys in West End in March 2017, it took seven stressful months and three buyers later to get to exchange and we had to finance the purchase of our new home separately from the sale or lose it due to the delays. Vickerys were very good at the start, very pro-active and kept us informed with their 'Thursday updates' but these petered out as time went on and the frequency of the communications deteriorated. More often than not, we had to contact them for an update which only added to the stress levels.To be honest, a lot of this was due to the buyers solicitor who (for reasons best known to himself) protracted the negotiations unnecessarily (the view taken by our legal team) and the buyer himself changing the rules days before we were due to exchange and adding months to the timescales in the process. Whenever we called Vickerys for an update during this time they were always polite, assuring us our buyers genuinely wanted to buy.In hindsight, I think the team at the West End office did the best they could to secure the sale under quite difficult circumstances and for that I thank them wholeheartedly.

Speaking as buyers who purchased a property through Vickery (Lightwater branch), we can say that we have no hesitation in recommending them. Stuart, James and the team were all a pleasure to deal with and came across as completely open, honest and transparent in all dealings. On the whole, I was very pleased with the service I received from Vickery particularly Client Manager Ieuan Denman who helped out with a lot of advice and encouragement when things were going slowly. Patience and Dogged Determination Wins The Day!

Vickery Estate Agents handled the sale of my property in Farnborough from August 2016 until January 2017, when it was successfully concluded after six months.But I first approached Vickery in the summer of 2015 for an initial valuation, on the recommendation of a friend, and on the understanding that the following sale would be some time coming.Adi Mudolkhar, who provided the initial valuation and directed the subsequent sale, demonstrated incredible determination and patience throughout what proved to be a lengthy, and, at times, fractious process. Fractious, because I am a demanding customer, was under pressure to conclude the sale, and had to contend with other parties in the transaction who otherwise were not as forthcoming as I had expected them to be at critical junctures of the sale process.From start to finish, Vickery -- and in particular Adi Mudolkhar -- were professsional, communicative and dogged in their pursuit to conclude the sale of my property to my satisfaction, despite some of my misgivings along the way.Anyone can stand in your corner when life is rosy: but you can only depend on those who will stand in your corner when the chips are down; I count Vickery among the latter.I have no hesitation in recommending Vickery as an estate agent, and Adi Mudolkhar in particular.

Great service and support from start to finish.

We sold our property through Vickery in Lightwater. The meeting and valuation at the start was unpressured and relaxed with Stuart, the area manager coming across as very knowledgeable of the local area and the housing market in general. I compare this to other agents who came across as pushy or interested.The team marketed the property and continued to reassess the marketing options, giving their advice along the way. They also continued to generate interest and get bookings in as the weeks progressed, even when our enthusiasm was waiting. Now at the end of the process, we can rely on them for advice and guidance. I have found the customer service and support from the staff who work at Vickery Estate Agent to be excellent, from the beginning of my sale through to completion (taking place in 3 days time). They have been amazing at communication throughout the last six months (in particular Stephen and Hasan), whilst I had been awaiting a lease extension, by providing a weekly update of the progress of my sale. I had lost two sales previously to this one, and had received such appalling service from the other estate agents I went through. That experience had made me nervous about looking for another home, so it has been refreshing to receive such brilliant service! Frimley Team Alex, Allan (and Hasan)

Allan and Alex at the Frimley office (and Hasan now at Farnborough office) have been absolutely amazing for 6 months of torturous house sale. They have patiently and calmly dealt with my concerns, worries and nagging. They have endlessly chased buyers, solicitors, brokers and surveyors. They have done what I have asked, they have done more than I thought possible and all of it telling me "I'm just doing my job Sarah". They passionately work for their clients. They saved the day on our exchange day, saved the deal and saved my sanity. They continue to support their clients, even on their days off. Alex came and took new photos of our house (on my whim) on his day off!! He asked: Did I mind if he was not in a suit?! It was his day off!! Allan "held the fort" for one of the busiest weeks alone and courageous against the most obstructive of solicitors. They are all heroes. No-one would ever believe what we have gone through but it happened and the young men at Vickery guided us through it. On exchange day, we were "gazundered "(the offer dropped) and those 3 men took charge and got our original offer back on track. Alex rang me in December, he promised to sell our house and he did. His confidence never wavered. His knowledge and experience belies his years. Do not underestimate this man! Allan is equally strong and one to watch, as his calm yet determined approach persuaded the hardest nuts to crack in our favour. Hasan is warm and friendly but gritted with steel in his commitment to to his clients.good to have him on your side and we really needed him today! Thank you Vickery Team. Recommended Estate Agents!

I would definitely recommend Vickery Estate Agents to anybody, and we will certainly be using them in the future when selling our property and looking to buy again, Ieuan Denman was friendly and understanding from the start, and always kept us in the loop with what was going on (more so than our solicitors!).
