Just completed, after a year of looking - guided through most of the viewings by Jamie but ultimately it was Alex who dealt with the purchase due to location. During the current climate of having so many restrictions placed on us due to Covid19, we cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service and support James and the team at Fleet office in Hampshire provided. They were attentive and very supportive in getting the sale across the line as quickly as possible, they did an outstanding job of chasing both the seller’s solicitors and ours in pushing for action despite the difficult circumstances. Excellent service throughout the process

We have been delighted with the service from Stuart and his team at Vickery in Fleet. Stuart has been transparent, informative, empathetic and responsive throughout the process. The initial meeting was really helpful as he explained the process thoroughly and was really knowledgable. We were selling our home in a very uncertain time and Stuart and his team were always on hand to offer advice and information. We were called without fail every week with an update and if we ever had questions, they were dealt with quickly and professionally (even if the questions were sometimes really obvious!) Stuart made the process simple to understand and he definitely guided me through some of my more anxious times, always making me feel like a valued customer. One of the most consultative sales people I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use Vickery, and in particular Stuart, again.
