We met an outstanding Estate Agent from Miller Countrywide Truro. His name is Mr Owen Bird. I am elderly and disabled and can be challenging to show around a property. Owen was extremely polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and showed great humility. He answered all our questions and those that he did not know, he researched and followed up. He sent us a detailed email, listing all the answers to the questions we raised. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He did not rush us or make us feel that he was busy, even though I am sure he had a number of appointments. When buying my first house with my partner it can be a stressful process. Josh was communicative throughout which made it all the simpler. Awful experience

Awful experience. They kept losing my details. Finally booked a property valuation, but then no-one bothered to turn up. Instead of apologing for wasting my time they described it as a "miscommunication", did not offer to come out that day or the day after, but in a week's time. If they don't want the chance to sell a beautiful cottage with a large garden and awesome views they clearly aren't going to make any effort to sell a property. Lucky escape - but a huge waste of my time.

Edit: After one year of using their full management service, I can only warn others against it. I was left in pieces not knowing what was happening to my property, and my experience was very poor. There was poor communication between teams, poor rent management, poor accounting with rental arrears miscalculated. The entire process was getting someone, anyone in quick and then creating chaos until I have to involve solicitors.
