We highly recommend Humberts in Truro- we bought our house through them recently, and although the experience was prolonged and stressful (thanks to our nightmare buyer) they were extremely friendly, supportive and understanding. Jen especially was an absolute godsend- we're not entirely sure how we would have survived the whole process without her! It was lovely to receive a bottle of champagne after we had moved in, as well- they certainly do go above and beyond in terms of customer service!

I cannot recommend Humberts Estate Agents enough. When James came to value the property his enthusiasm and positivity was infectious and Kelly's dedication was second to none, nothing ever seemed too much.

I commend Humberts in Truro to anyone keen to get the best value out of their estate agent. They took over the agency for our house sale in Truro after we had had a very disappointing time with another agency, a company with a 'national perspective' which had chased us for the work, and from whom many (not all) communications were automated. That relationship resulted in no offers. Humberts were the opposite - very 'hands-on'. They have a very efficient staff who keep you in touch for every viewing. This resulted in a quick succession of offers. Duncan, the manager, even helped us to find removers at short notice who also turned out to be cheaper than most and very efficient. Thanks Humberts.

Humberts provided an outstanding service when, as executor, I had to sell a tricky family property. I was so impressed with how quickly they found a buyer and they were extremely pro-active in helping to push through the conveyancing in an amazingly quick time. Their communication with me was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.
