Clive pearce are a fantastic team who go above and beyond for their clients. We locked ourselves out of our house on New Years day with no hope of getting a locksmith to come out. Alex from the Clive Pearce team came out to us immediately on his day off to drop off our spare key that they had been holding for viewings. Although not directly related to selling or buying houses it's a real testiment to the good character of Alex and the team! Thanks so much!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic! I had been watching the video's for a couple of years knowing we would be selling in the future, it was good to get to actually look round a property rather than just pictures which never really represent the true sizes of rooms. They do such a good job of them! When my mother passed and had to sell her property, we didn't hesitate to call Clive Pearce for valuation and put it up for sale. Alex did a great video and the property sold very quickly. We had phone call updates on viewings directly after the viewing, and we were kept up to date literally every step of the way. I honestly can't thank the staff enough. I have enjoyed speaking to everyone, they are extremely friendly, courteous, understanding of our situation and in my opinion the most important thing was trustworthy. Thank you for making a very difficult time a lot easier than it could have been.

GoogleDo not recommend. Got a call 2h before our viewing saying that agent’s car broke down and all the viewings are moved to next week and then the house got sold the next day. Unprofessional and disappointing.

GoogleHaving been here before as a cornish person the building work over taking the outside military jail, the lack of disability facilities,the lack of staff supporting the queue of visitors ruined the whole ambience of the place. Why change something that is part of cornish history .. sorely disappointed for family guests I was taking there and ended up going to the Eden project
