GoogleDO NOT use this agency to rent out your property. I repeat DO NOT use this agency. All they care about is getting your money. My home was trashed by tenants who were also subletting. I paid this agency a full management fee to look after my property. 😡☹️

GoogleAbysmal estate agent. Utterly failing to look after a property eg allowing fire alarms with dying batteries to beep for weeks. Staff lie and claim actions are being taken to naintain properties when they clearly havent. Avoid avoid avoid!

We’re sorry this has been frustrating and thank you for raising it. Once notified, we contacted our client and attended the property. The alarm is hard-wired rather than battery operated, so it was not something we could safely resolve ourselves. With the owner’s permission, we have arranged for a qualified electrician to attend. We take property management and neighbour concerns seriously and will continue to follow this up until resolved.

FacebookThe team here are phenomenal, my partner and I did not have an easy run in the 20 months it took to sell our flat, but once we switched agents to CCC the experience got easier. Steve, Jenny, Sophie and the team are all a pleasure to deal with and their customer service is second to none, nothing was too much and they were always on hand to assist. Steve, Jenny, Sophie and the team are all a pleasure to deal with and their customer service is second to none, nothing was too much and they were always on hand to assist. FacebookWhen we selected to work with Cooke Curtis & Co to sell our flat in Autumn 2018, it was based on how all members of their team had conducted themselves throughout the initial enquiry process - no hard sell; answering questions where they could and signposting where they couldn't: straightforward customer service. Whilst their commission percentage was the highest we came across, we felt that the levels of their service to that point, before we were paying customers, were worth it. It proved to be an excellent decision. Communications continued to be easy, timely, and straightforward. We didn't have to chase anything through the process. There was great communication about upcoming viewings, including calendar invites that were easy to sync with our own family calendar system. And whoever we spoke to at the office was friendly, polite, and professional - and treated us like human beings (living in Cambridge, where the market tends to be quite buoyant, means that some agencies treat you as disposable). Best of all, we accepted an offer on our flat after just over three weeks - very quickly, compared to the speed of the market at that time. This was ideal for us as it enabled. us to secure our dream home. After the offer was accepted, the team at Cooke Curtis and Co continued to be helpful, proactive, friendly, and professional and helped with the process all the way through to contract exchange and getting the keys on our new place. I would recommend them to family and friends. Selling a house, and moving, is hard - and it's people who make it easier. Thanks in particular to the members of the team that we worked with the most: Steve, Jenny, and Remi. You played such a key role in the next chapter for us, and we couldn't be happier in our new home! 😁🏡
