GoogleThis is truly the worst agency I have ever encountered. They speak in such exaggerations, spreading rumors about landlords every day. They came to check my house; the first time only my sister was at home, and the second time only my mother was at home. I already told them that my family was visiting, yet they actually spread rumors to the landlord that 15 people live in my house! And because of this, they refuse to come and fix things for me???? I have dealt with so many agencies, and I have never seen such exaggeration. They are the best at blowing things out of proportion!

GoogleI sold my property recently through Cooke Curtis & Co. I was extremely impressed with the service Cooke Curtis & Co provided. All the staff we contacted were very helpful and professional, in particular, Ravi Chetty, who coordinated the selling process efficiently at the completion stage. Ravi contacted the solicitors actively and always kept us up to date. Ravi explained the process in detail and provided useful suggestions. Ravi and the whole team were so helpful and friendly. GoogleMark has been super helpful to get us through our sale/purchase. We have worked with Cooke Curtis & Co for a while and had few glitches on sale falling through few times but i am glad we managed to complete in the end. I suggest working with them as they get you through eventually.

GoogleCooke Curtis & Co. did an amazing job helping my elderly mother sell her house in Cambridge after the passing of my father. They were patient and kind with my mother, created a wonderful sales brochure of the property, kept in constant contact with me in the US, where I'm based, recommended great solicitors, and sold the house in record time for full ask. Terrible agency. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent a property with them. All they want is your money. My house was trashed causing thousands of pounds worth of damage and was also being sublet. All in the space of 12 months. I paid this agency a full management fee to find good tenants and to look after my property. What a costly mistake I made.😡☹️

GoogleFrom the first time I met Julia at my father’s house I had confidence and trust in Cooke and Curtis. Throughout the sale which was difficult at times not due to Cooke and Curtis they kept me updated at all times. I’m so glad I trusted my instinct and chose Cooke and Curtis and would recommend 100%.
