GoogleCooke Curtis & co were as pleasant and helpful as anything; up until they had our money in their hands. From which point on, their charade of attentiveness subsided; leaving only pettiness, persnicketiness, and disrespectfulness. If you in any way value yourself as a tenant, you deserve better. Avoid at all costs.
