GoogleI wanted to get a valuation of my property before I put it up for sale. I invited three estate agents to view and only one estate agent stood out head and shoulders above the rest and that was. Natalia Baños-Gregorians of Davies & Davies. Natalia’s presentation was excellent, and very professional. She took time researching the area in which I live to show me the comparison of properties and what I could expect to get as a valuation for my own home. Natalia also brought details of other properties in the area as a contrast which I found very helpful, surveying the area regarding how prices have fluctuated in the past few years. Natalia of Davies & Davies will be getting my business.

Upon our Tenants leaving Sian found new tenants very quickly and all aspects of the reletting have been dealt with efficiently and competently with exemplary service, something that is so often lacking these days.
