Really exceptional service from Michael Anthony, especially Charlie Turnbill. Communication about viewings was prompt and courteous and always received feedback on the viewings. Really felt that the whole team was always on our side and negotiating for the best price for us, very pleased with outcome and I wish every company would conduct themselves like this in a professional and friendly manner. We purchased our home for our growing family through Michael Anthony and couldn't have been happier going through this process with such a knowledgeable, kind and caring agent. In particular, we worked with George primarily and he was fantastic. Throughout the process, George and the team were great - very responsive, professional and understanding, along with continued and regular updates. No request was too much and they always provided us with useful information and guidance where needed. Overall, it felt very refreshing buying through Michael Anthony. We hope this will now be our forever home, but if we do ever have to move again, we wouldn't hesitate to involve them with any future sale or purchase.
