A Great Team To Work With/Do Business With

It is a great team at Michael Anthony. In particular my thanks go to Charlie and Henry who always responded promptly in a helpful, friendly and positive way. The 'house sale' climate was probably not at it's easiest. But their persistence and a work ethic that included flexible accompanied viewings (even on a Sunday) and regular contact within the chain and feedback (so I always knew what was going on) paid off. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Michael Anthony Estate Agents.

Michael Anthony were the estate agents I bought my house through in 2017. They were so helpful at that time that it was an easy decision to put the house on the market with them when I was ready to move on. Satpal coordinated the sale and he could not have been more helpful. The house sold within the first week. I was moving over 100 miles away and encountered some issue with my onward purchase, so it was a stressful time. However, Satpal remained upbeat and positive throughout, keeping me up to date with all developments and reassuring me along the way. He handled the sale of my house in an exceedingly professional manner and, liaising with my vendors estate agents, did all he could to assist in progressing my onward purchase. He was a pleasure to speak with. All staff I spoke with at Michael Anthony were helpful and I have no reservations in recommending Michael Anthony Estate Agents.

I have used Michael Anthony (Hemel Branch) to sell my last 2 properties. Each time I asked another agent or 2 to also Value my property and explain their service offerings. Both times Michael Anthony came across distinctly superior to the rest. Ian Hart was impeccably professional when attending the Valuation; with extensive knowledge on the current market and advice on how best to pitch my property. Lara, Tom and Charlotte conducted the viewings with exemplary professionalism, and provided me with detailed feedback immediately after each viewing. We purchased our house through Michael Anthony in Tring 6 months ago and would like to say how amazing the service was from beginning to end. This was a difficult purchase due to a number of vendors having to be involved in their sale but our absolute hero George Burns was there with us through out. He always made himself available to meet us at the house for our several viewings, meetings with builders to do quotes, many many measuring up visits, architects and structual engineers visits etc etc and stood, often in the freezing cold, whilst the outdoor quotes were being discussed with the various trades. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he always greeted us with a smile and we really appreciated his professionalism and the time and patience he gave to us. George was on to the whole purchase process, right up to completion for us too, this is a really important part as far as we are concerned, with so much to do, ie coordinating solicitors and our purchasers estate agents etc to get our purchase over the line. Thank you so much George and all at Michael Anthony Tring branch for all that you did for us. Michael Anthony is a very good estate agent to purchase through and should we ever want to sell our lovely home they would definitely be our first port of call to sell through.
