They have always tried to go above and beyond to resolve any issues I have had even when it was difficult to do so. Carla Smith in particular has always made her self accessible to us and has always been polite, professional and understanding. In all of my dealings with her I felt listened to and felt like she genuinely would do what she could to help. GoogleNash Partnership's lettings department have been brilliant. We let our property and they have always provided a professional but caring service. They have been quick to respond to any queries and always given advice and help when needed and have understood the local market. They have been on top of any checks or tests required throughout the tenancy. I would particularly single out staff members Lucie and Natasha who have been very supportive.
