GoogleNash Partnership and the team lead by Sarah are completely customer focused from the seller's and buyer's point of view. Our experience was completely stress free due to the personal contact and excellent communication. From the start Sarah and her team wanted to know as much about our property and us as possible to make sure that our expectations were met. Our house was sold in under a week due to their connections with their comprehensive database and then professionally managed to our completion date. At no time did we feel that we were out of the loop or not at the top of their priority list. We would thoroughly recommend Nash Partnership if you have a property to sell or buy

James went the extra mile to help us well above and beyond the call of duty and made it as smooth as possible, and we really appreciated the kind touches on completion. GoogleNash have been FANTASTIC through our years as tenants via their agency. Having dealt with different agents as well, it has highlighted just how fantastic Nash are. They fight your corner with contractors, they are always available to help and they keep appointments. In particular, Carla has been fantastic at the Tring branch with staying in good communication and correspondence with us. Couldn't have wished for a better experience, and in future we will look for Nash houses first.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAlthough my first sale dragged on, James was on the ball talking with the buyer. They eventually pulled out and the house went back up for sale. Within a week I had a cash buyer, full price who then wanted to complete in 4 days. James kept all parties involved, and we did it! Solicitors advised 9am Monday, completed 5pm Thursday. GoogleNash Partnership is a really friendly but professional estate agents, they sold our house for us and we then bought through them, both times James was excellent, helping us secure the property in a very fast market, very efficient at keeping the chain quick and unproblematic. GoogleNever use this company. Let our property through them fully managed. Despite multiple reports from neighbours over various months that the property was being mistreated they failed to act decisively. Property was returned in an uninhabitable state with outstanding rent and significant damages amounting to over £2,500. Deposit was eventually recovered. Although the deposit was no way enough to cover all the damages and took two months to restore to its original state. Rather than offering us the full deposit. Nash prioritised deducting their final months fee. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI chose to buy a house via Nash Partnership, Tring. The Nash team were very helpful from acceptance of offer to completion. This was the easiest conveyancing but the team did all they could to knock down the obstacles. GoogleWe used NASH Partnership to sell our flat in Tring. With in a week of the flat being on the market we had a firm offer. Along the way Anna and her team at NASH were brilliant in driving the long complicated chain to get an exchange and completion date. We would certainly recommend NASH and if we move again (I hope not soon) we would use them.
