GoogleSince beginning the process of selling our mother's house, the service I have received from Gascoigne Halman has been excellent. After our initial meeting, I was impressed by Andrew's enthusiasm, interest, and clear knowledge of the locality of my mum's house, along side a sympathetic understanding that comes with a probate sale. Throughout all the viewings, I was always updated by staff and Andrew provided excellent advice and guidance throughout. Equally, I cannot speak too highly of Julie the Sales Manager, who, through what became a rather lengthy and stressful journey to exchange, always responded quickly to emails, called me regularly, and showed a pro-active, caring and very helpful approach throughout. Anyone selling in Sale should use Gascoigne Halman!

Recently bought a house and dealt with agent Georgia Day who was fabulous from start to finish. No qualms with recommending her and the team at Macclesfied. Overall, it took around 4-5 months and Georgia just kept pushing for us to be moved in by Christmas which finally happened. Thanks, Georgia!

Once a buyer was selected the team kept in touch with me regularly to ensure it all ran smoothly. The Sale team were fantastic and I can not recommend them enough. Thanks again to the whole team.

GoogleWe let our house through Gascoigne and Halman. Couldn’t fault the fantastic service from start to finish with Sophie and Charlotte. They made what I thought would be very stressful procedure, simple and easy with their support. They managed to get tenants for us within a week, which was very impressive! Definitely would recommend and will be using again.

Informed us that the property we were moving out of had been re-let. We then rushed to clear and deep clean the property. Rang several times on the day with no answer to then be told any day before Thursday would be ok. We were then informed by another call 10 minutes later that the property had infact not been re-let. Severe lack of communication therefore making us pay another month rent & bills.

We've just bought a property through Gascoigne Halman and they have been super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Tracy Ryan in the Frodsham office has been lovely and always responded to our queries (however bizarre! We have asked a lot of questions haha!) promptly and happily! the lettings division are very poor, they are very quick at taking your money, but when something goes wrong they take an eterinty to return or respond to emails or telephone calls.
