Excellent expirience from start to finish. Sold my house fast and more than covered my fees as they got over asking price. All the staff were great to deal with and I could not recommend them highly enough.

James at Bridgfords Bamber bridge letting team was excellent throughout the process - fast, efficient, knowledgeable of the market and the description of the property was superb. First viewings booked within days of listing. Definitely recommend.

TrustpilotNobody takes ownership of issues
Nobody takes ownership of issues, ignore emails and all this for the privilege of paying £475 fees to simply move into a property. Awful service and I will never use Bridgefords again as either a tenant, landlord or prospective buyer/seller.

TrustpilotNO NO NO
Never again. Nothing more to say - just awful.

TrustpilotDon't go there
Dreadful company, hardly do anything right. If you complain, you will be dealt with courtesly, however the complaints department (substantial number of staff, seemingly) results in hoops that are impossible to jump through.Just avoid all the stress and walk by!

Worst experience couldn't agree more with all the #1star reviews on here. Unprofessional, have no idea what good customer service is; forget who the customer even is!

Trustpilotrefused me to see a house
Wouldn’t let me view a house as they wanted to see all my paper work and sit down with their mortgage adviser first even though I had stated I had a mortgage adviser in place already

I have been renting my house through them for years, comparing this company with others I have to say that they are very competent and efficient. No complaints, I strongly recommend them

TrustpilotNot interested at all
Not interested at all. Took several phone calls to get any response at all, and wouldn’t allow any house viewing until my own property was on the market.

TrustpilotExtremely poor customer service
They hanged up on me and refused to pick up the phone. All because I had some specific questions about the property. The length of the call was 5min. Unbelievably rude customer service!

TrustpilotShoddy practices
Shoddy practices - gave my data to third parties without my authority. Switched utility companies on the property without asking me. And three months on they still have not returned my deposit.
