Victoria Anderson-Stewart worked tirelessly to sell our home so much so that the house was sold before it even went onto the market. At all times she was professional in a polite considerate and respectful manner. Thank you Victoria.

TrustpilotThe very worst letting agents I have encountered
As many others have said here, having Savills as letting agents is a really unpleasant experience. They recently took over as agents here and it’s honestly like having a bully in your own home. You just never know what the next email is going to say - They’re rude and heavy handed. I’ve been living here happily for a few years now, as have others on the row; we all get on, pay our rent on time, look after the properties and are generally good tenants - the way Savills behave, you’d think the polar opposite. A home (rented or owned) is supposed to be precisely that - a home, your safe space - Savills fail to understand that and make renting from them upsetting and unpredictable.Letting smaller properties is not their forte - it’s a secondary service they offer to larger, wealthy clients and that lack of knowledge, experience and care shines through. If you’re looking at renting from Savills, please be wary. If you’re looking at renting properties through then, please reconsider - this is not their speciality, it’s not what they’re good at! You want nice, happy tenants (like myself and my neighbours) and Savills cannot give you that and they will ruin it if you have it already.

TrustpilotVictoria Point
I’m I first time buyer who wisely decided that the best time to purchase a property was during the pandemic. I’ve dealt with people not turning up for the viewings, people showing me inappropriate properties, such as places with no parking regardless of the fact that I said I needed one, and, most infuriatingly, people talking business with my father even after I identified myself as the buyer who is paying for everything.Pete Cronin at Victoria Point is amazing, and is part of the reason why I loved the property so much (although it’s a beautiful place!). He was kind, honest and took the time to ask me what I’m looking for and how I’d like to do things. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed out of the office at all, he told me to take my time and think about it if I need to, or come back and do another viewing, and nothing was too much to ask for. I could come back to view it whenever possible and Pete was always in touch with me to provide updates. When I found out from my solicitor that they were missing a document that was leaving them unable to submit my application I emailed Pete who looked into that within minutes and got it sorted (turns out they weren’t being too honest!) the same day. What I thought would be fraught with paperwork, fees and stress has been nothing but pleasant (at least on Pete’s side!) because of him! Please let him know, he deserves recognition for all the help and kindness he has given me.Saranja

GoogleStephanie Dang was my sales negotiator and her knowledge, attitude, integrity, reliability and enthusiasm was just ASTONISHING! Although I didn't put an offer for the flat, I still wanted to give a feedback as I met so many agents over the years and she was just INCREDIBLE She knew everything about all the new and old developments in Canary Wharf. She knows the area inside out! She answered all my questions with enthusiasm and also honesty which you really need from an estate agent as a prospective buyer or a tenant. Although she had a meeting at the time I suggested a viewing, she made the maximum effort and rushed her meeting to get our appointment, left me voice messages on her way etc. Even when I indicated that the flat isn't for me and said I don't want to waste her time by asking her to show me the facilities, she still showed them to me with the same enthusiasm. Very pleased overall.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotThe team at Savills in Stamford were…
The team at Savills in Stamford were incredibly helpful all through what turned out to be a hugely challenging sales process. From the initial valuation and marketing through dealing with incredibly difficult (borderline unreasonable) buyers all the way to completion, they have been helpful, professional and reliable. The bottom line - they helped me realise a very good price during unpredictable market conditions. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotLazy and complacent Agents
Savills had a reputation for being an excellent high end residential and commercial property estate agents. We however have found them to be lazy and complacent. A request for a property appraisal and valuation in rural Notts (£1 - 1.5 million) was met with a cursory email and a refusal to come out and see the property or even discuss it with us from J* H*, one of their customer service representatives. The only explanation he gave was: "We do not believe we are the right agent to achieve the best outcome from your property". These seem vagie words from a stock email response translating as "I can't be bothered to come out and sell your property or to telephone you to explain why…"

TrustpilotEasy to work with
In comparison with other real estate companies I've worked with, Savills have been a much more pleasant experience. As a former tenant of a Savills managed property, they responded quickly, took care of any issues with the property promptly, and was easy to work with towards the end of tenancy. I would highly recommend Savills over the other real estate company I've leased from.

TrustpilotServices improved a lot
We have the new property manager Atticus and Angus helping us to look after our property for about 1 year. I feel that the services we are imrpoving tremendously, as i have prompt reply and action on my questions. I am considering letting them to manage my additional property when the existing letting agreement expires in near future.

GoogleWe have been looking for a new property to move into for a little while now. It has been very tiring, time consuming and stressful, juggling work and viewing. At times we dread dealing with estate agents, Stephanie Dang at Savills Canary Wharf branch has been amazing, we looked at a few properties with her. In no way we felt like we were a burden or unable to ask questions. Stephanie was very professional throughout and always so quick in getting things organised or answered. Unfortunately for us, we were unable to find something we really liked, so decided to stop looking for now. I highly recommend Stephanie Dang at Sevills.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe sold our property through Savills Canary Wharf and could not have asked for a more professional or dedicated team to list our property with. From the initial meeting with Ben, Head of Sales, through to client viewings, feedback and completion with Eric Cheung, we were so impressed with the 5 star service we received. Eric kept us up to date throughout the entire sales process and was a delight to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone considering selling their property in the areaPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe are really happy with Eric. He found a buyer for our flat within 2 weeks of listing with Savills and followed through to completion professionally. This was after we had listed with another agent for 4 months during which the sale fell through twice.
Market conditions were not favourable at the time of listing with Savills, however Eric was confident he would find us a buyer and he delivered. The sale price was very close to our asking price too which we were very happy about.
We would certainly recommend Savills and Eric.

GoogleWe recently worked with Savills (& their excellent representatives Ms. Dang & Mr. Butler) to purchase a flat. They were extraordinarily helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to do the absolute best they could for us. Keep in mind that we were the buyers! It's easy for an estate agent to be on the side of the sellers -- it's where their interests are aligned of course -- but true professionals understand that both parties need to be coordinated for a successful sale. Stephanie & Ben were involved helpfully every step of the way, and our journey to home ownership would likely have been very different if not for their sustained efforts. We recommend Savills highly!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotIncredibly stressful and frustrating…
Incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. My partner and I were accepted on our dream flat after months of disappointment looking for somewhere. Initially started off well, with submitting requested information for referencing and a check in being booked, of which the member of staff confirmed everything was complete and good to go. Two working days before our check in, the third party referencing company contacted us to say they couldn't open the documentation we provided. It was CSV rather than PDF which can easily be converted for free online, but we were more than happy to provide this again but of course this delayed our move in. We were lucky we planned for some overlap, but I would have preferred not to have used it as it has caused increased stress, which we were trying to avoid, vacating our current property. I then had no communication on our move in day regarding this, and felt like there was no urgency regarding our case. We then get told our guarantors earnings fall short by a very small amount the day after we were meant to be in. This was a shock to us as we were accepted as tenants on the basis of our guarantors earnings. No one had the common sense to speak to the landlord, explain that we only have a guarantor for recent self employment purposes and advise we earn enough after we had to provide 6 months bank statements, 6 months of invoices and let them connect to our bank accounts (a very invasive process indeed). Having worked as a property manager myself, we provided the additional information they needed immediately in order to get this over the line as quickly as we could. We also had trouble with signatures of which I won't go into. After finally coming round to collecting keys 5 working days after our initial move in, on the surface the flat looked okay. But after further investigation the flat was left in an unacceptable state, plug holes were green, insides of cabinets black, stains on carpets. I was advised the previous tenants deposit had been returned, wrongly so in my opinion. And an inventory of the property also hasn't been conducted before we moved in.The communication from Savills has been minimal and short and we are waiting for a resolution. This was supposed to be a really exciting time for us and it has been filled with stress, frustration and disappointment.

TrustpilotFantastic service
Fantastic service. I worked with Emma and Sam as my sole agents on my sale. I chose Savills as they gave a realistic and genuine valuation rather than an inflated one to win the mandate. Good communication throughout and active support till completion. I’d throughly recommend using Savills and team.

GoogleSavills did a great job in advertising and finding potential buyer for my property in Barrier Point, and ultimately getting it sold.
It was a complex case, with a tenant in the property and a hard deadline to exchange and complete. Even with all these parameters, Anthony from the Canary Wharf managed to find us the perfect buyer and met all our deadlines.
Thanks Anthony, it was a pleasure working with you.

TrustpilotImpressive service from Savills
Savills recently completed a sale for me. The entire experience from the first meeting was professional, efficient and transparent . The level of initiative and responsiveness from the team was invaluable - especially Tessa who kept me informed at every juncture - often before I had even asked. The level of service that she gave and her friendly approach are rare offerings these days .

TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service! 1) even though we had a signed contract to move into the rental in April, they informed us that the current tenant will be staying on and we were only going to be granted access the the property 12 June. The very day I was due to give birth to my first baby. I had to move house while having contractions.2) we repeatedly told Savills about repairs required to the property (broken tiles that had cut my childs foot, hot water and taps often not working, leaking showers, windows slipping open during a cold front) and when they finally sent a repair man to fix it he informed me that he had been given specific instructions by Savills to not repair most of it. The repair man then offered to fix the windows regardless as to have it jammed was against fire safety regulations and he found it ruthlessly cruel to leave a window broken when there was a 4 month old baby sleeping in that room. This was all during the worst cold front of the year3) upon our exit of the property when we moved to UK, Savills tried to make us pay for removal of items that had been left by the previous tenant4) Savills, on many occasions, were in breach of the rental contract T&Cs and repeatedly tried to charge us for things that had been specifically noted and agreed upon in the exclusions report we signed when we moved in.

GoogleHi we recently purchased a flat in Canary Wharf and Stephanie Dang- who we were dealing from Savills was extremely friendly and professional. It was one of the transaction which till the very end could go either way but Stephanie was very helpful all through the way. Although representing the seller, she ensured that we were kept informed and she went out of her way to make sure that we have answers to our never ending queries.
Many thanks

TrustpilotSavills of Stamford - bad experience
Our experience Savills agent in Stamford was not a good one. In our recent dealings with him we felt he was not only deceitful and unprofessional but also professionally negligent. Over several weeks he failed to return phone calls or respond to multiple emails, but then he knew he had omitted to tell us about subsidence in a property they were marketing. As a result, we ended up financially disadvantaged. Savills internal complaints procedure was fairly farcical to say the least, with laughable attempts to obfuscate. The legal advice we received was that we had a strong case for professional negligence but of course nothing is guaranteed and Savills made it clear they would look to recover their legal costs if we were unsuccessful in prosecuting our case. We just didn’t want to take the risk, but different times and different circumstances and we would have relished the opportunity to face them in a court of law. As it was we settled for a refund on some expenses and a £500 goodwill gesture - a fraction of what this experience cost us. There are good Estate Agents out there - but our experience suggests Savills in Stamford is certainly not one of them.Whatever Head of Customer Relation says in response to this review should be taken with a high degree of scepticism - this a company we now actively and strongly advise all our friends and acquaintances to avoid. Clearly there is a lot of background to this but I’m sure you can sense our dismay at having been treated so badly by a company we would have thought we could trust - but then their other review ratings should tell you something!
