GoogleProperty Matters (Ben, Mo and Clive) have consistently worked for many years exactly as you would wish an agent to do so. As as a remote landlord, you need the property to seem to look after itself, for tenants to be happy, and swift work done when new tenants are needed or complex repairs required. Of course properties dont look after themselves but it feels that way, with Property Matters able to make good autonomous decisions to keep things looking good, yet engage me and contractors for bigger work to get a fair deal for all. They also maintain and share an informed opinion about the market around them. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI have really great experience with Property Matters. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Ben does exactly what you wish your agent should do. He replies to messages almost instantly and really helps to solve issues very quickly. Also, the way Ben found the property for us was special and exceptional, we were treated with priority and thanks to him we had a chance to see attractive property as first viewers. Additionally Ben handled with landlord replacement of old household in the kitchen to brand new: fridge, oven, dishwasher. Honestly this agency is superb.

GoogleBen and Mo are superb. Found my mother her perfect home with everything she needs. Any problems, Ben sort it out in record time and always do more than required. I live far from my mother flat that she rents from Property Matters and therefore it is wonderful to know that Ben maintains the property to a high standard and I have no need to worry. Most estate agent do not bother about tenants requests and only do things for the landlord. The best estate agent I have used that actually care about tenants.

GoogleProperty Matters have been our agents for more than 4 years now. Mo, Ben and Clive are great -- really made life easy when we moved to the Docklands for the first time. As newcomers from a foreign country, we had loads of questions about the process, fees etc., and the guys sorted us out with everything.
