We did inform you before you left the property to ensure that you have removed all of your personal belongings from the property, and that anything that remains will be removed. We do not take responsibility for any items that are left in a property. If you look at it from a business point of view, we must turnaround a property quickly to ensure it is tenanted as soon as possible. We had re-paint the property and carry out inspections for a quick turnaround. Also, a property cannot be used as a storage space while the property is not tenanted. Please kindly note that we made numerous attempts to contact you, but you did not reply until all items left in the property were removed. We hope you have learned from this experience, and it does not happen to you in the future. Again, we are sorry you feel this way, and hope your child is well. Hi Dan, We understand that having a broken washing machine and broken oven for a couple of weeks can be frustrating. Sometimes there are factors that can delay the provision of new cookers and washing machines; waiting for delivery from dealers (which is completely out of our control). Your review does not reflect anything that we have refused to supply, as we immediately log and allocate trouble tickets to ensure that any maintenance related issues are resolved in a timely manner. Sometimes we want to have something completed quickly, but each incident requires a certain amount of time to resolve, and can involve external contractors, block management and waiting for parts for works to complete.
