GoogleAfter paying the holding deposit, filling in multiple guarantor forms and sending in all references 2 months in advance, we were told we cant take the flat a week before we were supposed to move in. This was due to poor communication between the landlord and estate agents and most notably to us.

GoogleLondons People are a Great Company as I have personally dealt with them and they have treated me in the best manner possible. The Company had a change and is now under new management of Mr SAL as of 2020. Mr SAL is constantly working to maintain high customer service standards. These are one of the most friendly Estate Agents I came across. Highly recommended

GoogleI would have given 0 stars if there is an option. Rude staff, things not being fixed, lack of communication. I had to live 2 months without internet. Always Gas and Electricity problems. Never got fixed. Proper ripoff. And they created problem at the time of deposit return. After few arguments they have only returned half of the deposit. Enter your own risk.

GoogleHorrible experience. Unkind staff, dishonest to the level of corrupt when it came to me getting my bond back. They made me pay fees that landlords are liable to pay in a deceptive way which caused me so much stress. GoogleI'd give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely awful. Estate agency run by people with the IQ of 20. Any problems you have, they say 'prove it', 'not my issue'. Also we paid £400 cleaning service, but have been told the house needs to be spotless or we might lose our deposit. Please if you're reading this don't go with them.

GoogleReally useless. Constantly making mistakes, constantly adding fees where not previously discussed and overall consistent bad customer service. We have such a such a lovely home, but it has nothing to do with the letting agents. They're not Londons People, they're not anyone's people. Worst letting agents I've ever come across. What does that say about the Landlords?

GoogleWould not recommend at all. Very bad service and unkind staff, we rented with them for a year and were lucky we found a better place and agency when we did. Most of the good reviews on here are fake. Be careful.

GoogleUnfortutunalety it has been horrible dealing with this agency. They had an abusive attitude towards me as a tenant. For example, it took them more that three months to replace a defective heater, and provided unreasonable excuses when it came to releasing my deposit.
