GoogleThis is the worst estate agency I ever come across. Very poor service provided please stay away. We had a Manager assigned to deal with our property, her name is Shikena Goode and she is being very unprofessional and bullying us and not returning our deposit despite I have followed all the guidelines ! I am intending to make a complaint to how this agency was treating me as a tenant and especially now by holding my money and not wanting to return my deposit because apparently the email from council to collect some bulky items is not enough as they want an email from council on headed paper!! Of course Shikena is trying all she can to keep my money and she is not returning my deposit! This is so rude and I will report her and this agency on how they treat their tenants!!

The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!

The use of a drone resulted in excellent photography of the restricted site and enabled the production of a well presented brochure. All the staff at Knight Frank were excellent. In particular, Harry Bethell provided an impressive service throughout and his knowledge and expertise, including a realistic valuation, ensured that the buyer was found within a few weeks.

I've just called Knight Frank expecting the normal lengthy wait we've all come to expect from companies claiming we are value customers, but no: the call was immediately picked up by the very polite and extremely helpful Ehteshaam Ahmed. He listened to my query and helped with the issue I had without delay. I then asked him about something unrelated and he explained that it was a completely different team but that he would contact them and not just ask them to call me, but explain the issue I had to them and our call then ended. With a couple of minutes I had received an email from Ehteshaam attaching the correct document he had looked out for me and a covering letter explaining what action he had taken viz the other issue. Exceptional! Well don't Enteshaam. I hope you (and your boss(es)) get to see this review. If more companies had more people like you the world would be a better, happier place. Thank you
