I had the absolute pleasure of working with the best agent, Jason. As a student starting my search for a home in Canary Wharf, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but within just two weeks, Jason found me a place exactly where I wanted. He even arranged a viewing the very same day he showed me the property. I was quite nervous about the paperwork and the whole process, but Jason guided me through every step with so much patience and support. He even arranged a meeting with the landlord, where I was happily accepted. Move in nightmare

Property was very dirty, with appliances not working, full of issues, and work that was part of the tenancy agreement wasn’t carried out. Check in was late by several hours. Following up on fixing things with the property manager afterwards is a nightmare as they are non responsive most of the time.

Poor care

My tenancy ended more than a month ago and Knight Frank still has not returned my deposit. I have contacted them repeatedly and have been told several times that the deposit would be sent “tomorrow”, yet the payment has still not been received. The most frustrating part has been the repeated promises without any resolution or clear explanation for the delay. I have now had to make a formal complaint and consider escalating the matter externally. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, particularly from a company of Knight Frank’s size and reputation.
