GoogleBad experience. They asked for a holding deposit to let us offer to the flat. We offered the asked price for it then they rised the price!!! We got refunded but totally unprofessional experience. We have lost a good flat and started all over again with our search!

GoogleI had been Vanet's client for over 2 years. What a blessing to have Vanet to manage my properties and they have been responsive to my needs! They have been maintaining good relationships with my tenants and I feel secure to have Vanet to manage my properties.

GoogleVanet unfortunately were the managing agency on my last rental. It took them four months to return my deposit and rent overpayment. I cannot advise working with Vanet.

GoogleThey DO NOT take care of tenants, they abuse them! Great agency if you want to feel scammed. Their properties are not in good conditions and if you complain you get bullied by their agents. Seriously, please avoid!

GoogleA great experience, Vanet and my agent Romualdas saved me a lot of time by doing everything online. He was also very helpful to approximate postures in difficult negotiations with the landlord in terms of costs, dates, references etc. It was a situation where trust was everything, and I was very satisfied.

GoogleLeast professional agents we've ever dealt with. Not responding to any of their emails, changing property managers without notifying their tenants, no idea where each of their employees are and not responding their phones. Whats the point of even having an agent and even worse, paying them?

GoogleHelped me in the process of securing a new flat. I had to travel to their office for some of the process which wasn't ideal, but Vanet have been quick in making sure I've had everything I need and sorting repairs for me.

GoogleAwful agency never ever rent with those people, after renting they try to charge you for everything even if it is in the property or was damaged and documented on check in report
