Over the past 18 months, I have been working primarily with Jemma and Kelly on the management of 2 properties. The support provided by Jemma and Kelly has exceeded expectation. All issues are resolved to my satisfaction and where the issues require further time and effort I am kept well informed. This has come to the forefront especially as we have encountered tenant issues on one of the properties.

GoogleAvoid this agency at all costs. Unprofessional to say the least. Ross wins the award of the worst agent of the year. Unprofessional, lack of empathy, no replies to emails. No information with regards to my checkout process. NOTHING. No reply to any of my emails. In order to get him to reply to me I have to cold call him without any resolution. Just saying that he will send me an email but he never does. I had to go to the agency myself to get things sorted. Nothing was sorted obviously otherwise I’d wouldn’t be leaving this review. On top of that, My washing machine has been broken for over 2 months now. I logged the issue on their portal but to this day after a lot of chasing I still haven’t heard back regarding this. I highly refrain anyone from trusting this “agency”.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

I use Foxtons to let out my flat. Overall, the process was easy. They came, looked at the flat in person, provided an evaluation and explained the process through. I took the offer where they deal with everything. While this came at a rather hefty commission, i really did not need to do anything. Foxtons helped me sort out all the requests the tenants have and kept me updated with the repairs (also asked for my permission too before placing any purchase orders). Special kudos to Tony Chan, my property manager. He helped me a lot with sorting out all the relevant paperwork to let out a flat. He is very responsive as well. Any queries I have, i can be confident that he will answer it. As a landlord letting through Foxtons, i have no worries, though the commission is a little bit higher.

I just want to say our property manager Abigail Goad is absolutely amazing. We have tenants who are quite high maintenance but Abigail sorts everything out with super efficiency.
