The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

GoogleWe had quite a long search looking for a property to rent in the Bow/Poplar area and had become quite frustrated with other Estate Agents who didn't seem to have our best interests in mind.
However, when we got in contact with Roshan at Dexters it was like a breath of fresh air. He was kind and courteous, and gave the impression that he would stop at nothing to get us an apartment which we were happy with. Fortunately, the first flat that he took us to see was the one for us! He was helpful and communicative yet not pushy - everything that is great in an estate agent.
