GoogleCassie at citywharf was the most incredible estate agent weβve dealt with. She was responsive and attentive, helping us with all our queries. And she really went out of her way to negotiate the details with the landlord to make our move as easy as it could be. Sheβs so nice and so helpful. She really made us feel relaxed around the move so we could focus on being excited. Iβd love to deal with her again - I wish all property management companies were this nice!

Sorry to hear this Anna. As you have already went through the deposit dispute centre which is right thing to do. We are the letting agent for your tenancy and not the managing agent here. So we cannot help much on your deposit return as itβs kept with the landlord. Good luck with your deposit. Wish you fight it back.
