GoogleWhen me and my girlfriend came in London 1 year ago, we visited few estate agencies but no one was professional and helpful like City View Properties. All the team was really nice and welcoming, also if you are italian and you don't speak very well English there is Rachele that can help you in every moment. We highly recommended this agency if you are looking for a serious people that know how to do their job properly.

YellNice and friendly, met my expectations
I've recently worked with City View Properties and I feel it's a fair assessment to say that my overall impression was very good. I did not have any problem with the main guy or any of the staff. They seem very direct and clear cut about their charges and service. I did read a lot of their reviews on both AllAgents and Google reviews before just to make sure and can say that the reviews matched my expectations.

YellTidy and New Office, Nice and Helpful People
Nice and helpful people. Unlike other agencies, they showed me as many properties as they can, and left me time to consider and make the final decision. After I moved into my ideal place, they are being responsible and helpful as well. They take a good care of the facilities of properties. If you are looking for a place to live with a reasonable rent, you can really trust them. I had good experience.

GoogleI had just moved to London from Australia and found a flat with City View Properties very quickly. They are incredibly friendly people who are always there to help out. Whether it be helping me furnish the flat, always making sure maintenance was done, and just being available if there was ever anything I needed. They are wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend them to help you find your next flat!

TrustpilotWell presented and professional
Well presented and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others as I know they won't disappoint anyone. Better to go with someone that can be trusted when it comes to renting a property or dealing with anything of this importance in my opinion. There are too many agents who will tell you one thing and give you another.. you won't get this from these guys as far as I can see.

GoogleI received terrible service from 2 different representatives. They were rude, dismissive, completely ignored a viewing date and refused to update me despite several requests to do so. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

TrustpilotReview of former tenant
Starting from the office, clean and nice. Nice friendly staff. All the staff including the manager were kind and willing to solve any question I would had, the contract was done in less than an hour and I moved. When I had an issue with a lock they took care and solved that problem. Finally, my deposit was given me back after I left. Recommended.

YellFormer tenant review.
The manager and staff is ready to solve any problem or question the tenant has, even presents alternatives on how to solve any circumstance related to the agreement, contract, payments, etc. I rented a room for some months from City View Properties without inconvenience. The deposit was paid me back after leaving. Recommended.
