GoogleDuring my hunt for a new house, I had the pleasure of dealing with Halima Hannan from City View Properties, and I am really delighted with the exceptional service and knowledge they offered. Halima Hannan is the epitome of professionalism in all that they do. They showed a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and a sincere desire to finding me the ideal house from our first meeting until the purchase was closed. The unmatched commitment Halima Hannana has to their customers is what really makes them stand out. They made sure that every house they offered exactly matched my demands by paying close attention to my tastes and requirements. Their sage counsel and direction were invaluable in assisting me in making wise choices all along the way. Additionally, Halima Hannan

GoogleAlam was my agent and had a meeting set for 1pm . I was ignored after coming all the way out to Mile End and the customer service is shocking. I left at 1.45pm Rough agency with cheap suits - tell you how many great properties they have perfect for you and you need to be there in person to discuss. After you arrive they will prioritise clients spending more regardless of meeting times. Do not waste your time

Dear Mr Grant,
Please kindly remove this review as you are clearly talking about the agency two doors away on the corner and not us. They were known as City Side Properties (feel free to google that) until recently and have now re-branded as Flintons. There is nobody by the name of Alam at our agency, but there is someone with the same name at the other place. We have had too many of these kinds of mistaken identity reviews, it is getting really frustrating. We pride ourselves in providing a reliable and trustworthy service and hate the fact that there are other people who create a bad name for our industry.
Thank you
Syed

GoogleAfter beeing in a lot of other agencies where nobody could help me I found Cityview Properties by accident. But it was an amazing thing to happen to me. I spoke to Rachele, who was really interested in me and my needs. She listened to what I wanted and could afford, found rooms for me, took me on viewings and we found a room for me!! :)
She's a really sweet person and whenever I have a problem with something they take care of it in no time. They were really professional and hard working people. Also they're really nice and friendly, would chat and give really good advice on answers outside of roomrenting.
I'm really happy I found this agency and can only reccomend trying them out!! :)

GoogleDodgy. Saw a room advertised on Spareroom, asked to view it and the guy was very reluctant to meet me at the property but said he'd rather I come to the office. Met him in the office and surprise, surprise the room had gone 2hrs previous to that. Been back on Spareroom and it's still advertised. On closer inspection the room doesn't even look like it's part of the same house. Dodgy.

GoogleSyed is NOT the kind of agent who forgets about you once that you have signed the contract. He tends to fix the problems in the house quickly, he answer to the SMS/calls and he is a friendly person.

GooglePlanned to go for a viewing and travelled into London. When I got to the office the person who was suppose to show me round the property wasn’t there and I had to deal with an old man. He showed me a video tour of the property then told me I wouldn’t be able to view the property in person unless I put a deposit down that day! When I told him wasn’t able to do that he then became very difficult and told me I was wasting his time! Very unprofessional, total waste of time and HUGE SCAM!!! Don’t go to these people.

GoogleI was told to write a "Nice" review when I came to get my deposit..
the review was then looked into and "fixed"...
Most likely the case with most of the reviews here...
I also had to wait for over 2h in the office before I was serviced even though I had a scheduled meeting.
Other than that the team is friendly and responsive, but It always feels like they need more employees than just 2 they have right now to take care of all the requests.

GoogleI lived with my girlfriend and some other flatmates in a shared flat in Shadwell and I've been mostly very happy with City View Properties. Any issues we've had were resolved and followed up - albeit occasionally with a somewhat slow response. It feels like the agents put great effort into making sure you are well matched with your flatmates. This was my first living space in London and I appreciate the trust they put in me, as I didn't have steady work when I moved in.

GoogleWhen me and my girlfriend came in London 1 year ago, we visited few estate agencies but no one was professional and helpful like City View Properties. All the team was really nice and welcoming, also if you are italian and you don't speak very well English there is Rachele that can help you in every moment.
We highly recommended this agency if you are looking for a serious people that know how to do their job properly.
