GoogleI had a terrible experience with this company.On my move-in date, I was informed that I could not move in because the landlord had not signed the contract. This issue arose due to the staff's negligence and lack of professionalism. Such an oversight is unacceptable and caused a significant disruption to my plans. I strongly advise potential clients to be cautious and consider other options.

Lost trust and confidence. Our house was empty and only people who had access were the agents. They left the property unsecure for days, letting water in and as a result damaged our property. They also come in and out of the property to use our toilet and leave it in a dirty state.

GoogleI had a great experience with Chestertons, they are a pleasure to deal with as an agents overall. I dealt with Rod Cullen, he not only sold my property but also persevered at finding my dream home. Rod is an old school agent giving 100% commitment whatever he is doing, cannot recommend him enough, he will always go the extra mile!

GoogleVery poor real estate service. I booked a flat visit on a Tuesday for the next Saturday at 11.30am. I received an email confirming the said flat visit. On the day, I leave home at 11.10am as it takes me 15mn to cycle there. I arrive there 5mn early to a missed phone call and voicemail. This is Mel from the agency saying I need to confirm the appointment or it won't take place. I try to call back 3 different numbers from the confirmation email and her voicemail but no one picks up. After 15mn of calling, I get someone that transfers me to her and she says there will be no visit because I didnt pick up the phone to confirm the appointment. She was very nonchalant, inconsiderate, disrepectful and did not even apologise when she did not do her job properly. You should call the day before to confirm an appointment, not 15mn prior to it as the person will be on its way there (cycling, driving, taking the tube...) and won't be able to pick up. I've never had such a bad experience with a real estate agency and I would definitely recommend NOT using them!

GoogleA very positive experience with Chestertons, and we could not have hoped for a more conscientious and thorough agent in Andreas, who was a real asset throughout the transaction. In particular, during the difficult situations with solicitors. We really felt he was in our corner, keeping us in the loop, and working collaboratively with us and our buyer to get everyone to exchange and completion quickly. Things would have been a lot bumpier without his help. Thank you, Andreas. Much appreciated, and highly recommended.

GoogleWe have been working with a well-known estate agency in the UK but after quite some disappointments, decided to go to Chestertons in Canary Wharf. Their office is ideally located for the location of our property, and they have been approachable and responsive as a team too. We finally found a tenant we liked and did the paperwork at the asking price. Of course, you can always expect a few bumps along the way due to the nature of the world of properties and tenants but, we got there in the end and do not regret at all the move to Chestertons, even though we had worked exclusively with the previous estate agency for over 7 years. I am recommending Chestertons Canary Wharf as an estate agent in the area.

I had a very positive experience with Chesterton. The agent showing the flat was polite and responsive and the agent managing my flat is very kind as well and very quick in responding to my emails and addressing any issues raised. They complete regular checks on the flat conditions (fire alarms, elettrical, gas, etc.) which is also great as it ensures the flat is in good conditions.
