Chestertons Canary Wharf poor

Chestertons Canary Wharf - very poor customer service and some of the emails from Bobby, Manager, are with the regulatory bodies for complaints. Very aggressive and in my experience do not care about tenants. There are other lettng agents who do care in the area. Nasty, poor. Will never use again. I have provided all of my details requested and after three weeks no reply.

We were searching for a property to purchase, and we found a property that we liked on Rightmove and it was posted by Chestertons. The whole process was smooth. The communication was clear with our sales representative. They talked to us in a professional manner. Even better if they could make the key handover process a bit more clearer. On the completion date, we were a bit clueless about what time and where we should collect the keys. Overall, it went pretty smoothly and now we are living in our newly purchased property.

Useless scammers

I'm an overseas landlord and hired Chestertons to manage my flat. From charging me £90 to literally change a lightbulb to taking several months to fix a crucial structural problem in the house, these people have been incompetent from day one. They take forever to respond, have no clear 'chain of command, and they overcharge for absolutely everything. Scammers. Do not recommend!
