The worst experience with a real estate agent in my life.Secured a tenant with a previous detention/penal past without checking the background. The tenant had constant and absurd requests that were not properly managed. Left before the end of the contract and then sued me as a landlord. Chestertons refused to take any responsibility and left me alone with hefty legal costs

GoogleDisgusting service. I was enquiring about a flat for sale and asked one question regarding the flat, however the lady got very impatient and then hung up my call. This is very rare to happen in a civilized society. It's hard to imagine this kind of behavior happening in a company that prides itself on putting its customers first. I have looked at their Google reviews and most of their 5 stars reviews were contributed by people with only 1 review on Google. I think you all know what that means. Also they pay Trustpilot a lot to keep a good review figure so forget about it as well. If you have to deal with this agent in the future (if they are the sole agent of the property you are interested in and you don't have any other choice, you should be careful. If you have chance to go elsewhere, avoid this agent at all costs. You don't need to reply to me here with an email address and say that you will investigate further because I won't do that. In conclusion, it's a shame to have an awful agent like you in our beautiful Canary Wharf.

GoogleI was dealing with Long from Canary Wharf and he helped me secure my beautiful new “home” within a few days of making contact with the agency. I was dealing with several agents but I have not met any agent who is more kind and happy to help as him, I had so many questions which could be a annoying to some agents but he was happy to answer all my questions. GoogleI would recommend not to go via Mya Hewes. There was no response from her side the entire time, except when the payment had to be done. There was only one way communication, and we felt taken advantage of, and for granted as students. In my highest opinion, there are better agents, so be careful when looking for a suitable home.
